I'm getting one for bear defense and home.....bear defence. It'd be great to have on the back or the hip to unload slugs when you need to. Just gotta figure out the slug situation
The barrel selector is opposite . The side that you select is the one that shoots second at least on my version it does. So if you select the “O” with the switch the “U” (bottom) barrel will shoot first.
Mine came with four chokes. Regular price was 550$. Got mine for 500$ because of a small blemish on the barrel. Calgary, AB. Sulun also has a nasty looking short side by side with two external hammers and two triggers. (Sulun SC - 215)
What I find disturbing is that those are allowed in Canada but you can't use a pistol to defend against bears. In the USA those are banned(unless you want to pay $200.00 to the government and wait about a year and maybe they will allow you to own one) but we can carry pistols every day for self defense. I would love to have one, but for now my shockwave will have to do.
i live on my aunts ranch, and often have the sulan 410 dangling on my leg, my aunt likes to have a henry axe on her leg, its a family tradition to have something big on your leg, fun guns from sulan, really good accurate guns, great for dealing with snakes
I don’t think anyone will ever make a case for it. Walk around princess auto parts until you find something that will work. I’d label it but that’s just me.
For bear defence I'd think running a bear banger in top barrel set to fire 1st (light recoil in top barrel so lower more in line with your wrist used for heavier recoil) to scare the bear, if that doesn't work have a slug in lower barrel. Just a thought from someone who's never had to defend myself against a bear yet... Alternate use; if you have Chiappa X-Caliber barrel adapters you'll have a 12 caliber s htf gun
I really want to know - automatic safety or manual?? This is a make or break item for me. No defensive shotgun should have an automatic safety IMO, especially if you're used to mostly ignoring the safety switch from running pumps and using 'wilderness carry'.
I ordered 2 3" rifled .44m inserts from Numrich gun parts. $30.00 a piece + $20 for shipping and taxes. These inserts are the exact same size as a 3" shell, cycled through my Maverick 88 no problem.
@@rolieg81 careful. They are super heavy and damage you extractor. But if you eject them slowly it should be ok for a while. I use the 8 inch ones and they broke my buddies shotgun in a day.
Short-barreled, manually operated shotguns (non-semi-automatics) are non-restricted as long as the barrel remains unmodified from the original factory length. There is no legal minimum for shotgun barrels as long as they are not handguns; shotguns with barrels as short as 8.5 inches are available in Canada. The legal barrel length requirements are made for semi-automatique rifles and handguns in Canada.
You love 1500+ guns being banned, pinned mags, no suppressors, arbitrary classifications, barrel length limits? But I get what your saying and agree. What's funny is that shotgun (AFAIK) would be an sbr with an extra $200 tax stamp.
With a full size stock, six to ten inches more barrel and choke tubes this would be #1 on my immediately purchase list. As is, it's hilarious, and a terrible way to remove fingers lol
WOW!! A sard-off chot-gun w/SIGHTS!! GOT THAT?? Sawed off(9.8" bbl). Shot-gun. W/SIGHTS(??). The jokers who make them, pulling a sarcastic joke on the Joke Key-board Ops who might buy them. IMO. Polish them apples, and collect the profit!!
Between the coverage of guns I could actually own and the hilarious edits, this is becoming one of my favorite channels. Keep it up!
What kind of hoser would ever even own something like this?
This hoser, that's who ;)
There’s a lot of hosers out there just like you!!😁👍🏻
Myself included…..

@@lc9072 figure out the slugs yet?
Soon to be hoser, if I can find one.
Seems like it would be a great hiking aka bear protection gun.
Not really. Not getting much velocity outta that Barrel and you only got 2 shots.
No don’t. Get a Remington tac14

Filler piece is half gone between barrels at muzzle. Same issue on my Tristar. Filled it with JB Weld.
The new one in stock now has interchangeable chokes
Badass

Nice to see this back up
Other one was 720p, can't have that garbage. My subscribers deserve 4k!
@@Huntinggearguy hells yeah. Props
@@Huntinggearguy And, now I'm super jellies (watching via VPN in China on 144p). On the upside, you've never looked better 😉

Damn I need one of these.
Just bought one. Having trouble finding 5" rifled .44sp/mag barrel inserts in stock online
Finally picked one up and it came in the other day, woo! Does anyone know of a good hard-shell case for this gun that isn't rudely oversized?
I don’t think anyone will ever make a case for it. Walk around princess auto parts until you find something that will work. I’d label it but that’s just me.
@@mikeinajeep They don't have squat.
Whats the overall length?
I found a archery quiver that works great.
Nanuk cases will probably be the best bet. I'm sure you could find something

This thing is going to be awesome with barrel adapters!! O/U 44 magnum
What retailers in Canada actually sell barrel adapters? I can't find 'em up here.
Orcinus24x5 wanstalls in mission Bc had them. Give them a call

Years ago I ordered some shell adapters (20ga to 410) from a place in Alaska. They shipped to Canada no problems at all
Salivating at this because I’m an American and the government makes us do extra special paper work to own shotguns with barrels
Anything about Henry Mare’s Leg?
Way 2 go buddy!
Can the stock be changed out?
I want one and I really don't know why
Mine doesn't have the cool design and cut out on the break lever... :(
Yeah the newer ones got kinda shafted on some of the features. Although the thicker recoil pad on the new ones is a much-welcomed change.
Interesting. Is it acceptable at Cowboy Action competitions?
Get a rubber bumper for the bottom of the trigger guard
How could you put a bigger/longer stock on this?
3:10 “yea boyyy”😂😂😂
Id like something short but not THAT short and in a side by side. Any recommendations for a fellow Canadian?
In an O/U or single shot or pump? The Maverick HS12 is probably your best bet for a shortie O/U that still has a usable stock.
Is it legal in California
How much does it cost?
Found my new "walking in and out" to the blind gun
the chapter images are so funny
Can you remove the stock and put a pistol grip?
That'd make it too short in Canada to be non restricted.
Ohhhh i see.. would be cool if you could
LoL. Great video. Nice shotgun. Thank you
Someone in the design department has definitely been playing COD: MW. You can make one with the 725
The Mossberg Shockwave is way more effective and useful..both are badass and fun to shoot but Shockwave is my go to slugger for back up bear gun.
where to buy?
super coooool
Reminds me of the M79, I'd really like one :-)
Mini shells are your best friend with this thing
Does anyone have a copy of the FRT for this gun?
$$?

Not for long lol
Total length of gun must be 26 inches
What range was that?
NR firearm, could've been his backyard if he or someone he knows lives rurally lol

I love the laws in Canada.
I have to buy this just to make a liberal cry.

You can get ammo adapters for break action shotguns. Turn this cursed shotgun into a rifle.
Funny it is made in Turkey but illegal in Turkey :) probably just for Canadian market. Sülün is a fine manufacturer
That would be awesome in 20ga
Where can I get one of these.?
Tactical Imports
For those that cospaly as mad max while its bird season
Wasn't expecting that ダメだね action lol.

That would just be a regular shotgun
for bear encounters when fishing
Too cool lol
When did you turn into such a meme lord HGG? jfc
When his kids took over editing the channel. Best decision ever!
Did the pretty boy dictator ban this now ?
Not yet but he's polling really badly right now so maybe he will just out of spite?
good for home defense and bears
*puts stubby shotgun on short list*. Good bear defense or stick with my Magpul 18" Mossberg 500?
The Mossberg would be far more useful
Non restricted!! Not for long as soon as it is mid used in crimes as it looks like it can be concealed under a jacket.
in case you weren’t aware, 98.8 percent of armed crime is committed by someone without a PAL.
It looks cool! But also awkward as hell to shoot
It is.
It may be illegal now 😂🤣
In Canada? Still legal here.
Yikes... you need to clean that thing
Home defense and hiking for predator "scaring"

Good video, but this shotgun is not for me, can see no practical use for it.
Kind of useless!
Not gonna use that for bear defence. If it came to that and all’s I had was that thing then I don’t feel there would be much hope.
Shotguns that you can't shoulder are a joke. You may as well throw rocks.
seems like a home defense or apocalypse car shotgun xd
man that thing is very funny, greetings from Argentina💙🤍💙
