    I'm starting a bit late but just came across your channel. The S21 is one plane I'm thinking of building.

      Glad to have you on board the channel! It’s my first kit so I can’t compare it to anything, but I feel like rans knocked it out of the park on this one!

    Fantastic video. My S21 is several months out, but as a first time builder I am studying as much as I can. I will be following your build. Great job.

    I cannot wait to see this thing come together. Building an airplane in your garage is fascinating for sure. As always, the video is top notch and the commentary is easy to hear and understand.

    Jealous of your shop (gorgeous) and your helper (hard-working). Just found you from a comment you left on RotoCityTech, and just subbed for your channel. Can't wait to get caught up on your video and look forward to more!

    Nice video man!!! I really appreciate all the time you took to edit and show every single step in constructing this rudder. I hope that you keep up the good work, I'm definitely subscribed because I want to see this thing come together!!

      Thanks Jack! I try to be as detailed as possible without making the video boring to watch. Obviously I don’t catch every single step, but it’s a good overview. Enjoy your weekend sir.

    Greatly enjoy your videos and have ordered my 21 kit. What is the brand of the pull rivet tool you are using? Looks to be battery operated.

    • @Project2Aero
      @Project2Aero  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Milwaukee Is the brand. They carry them at Home Depot if one of those is close by👍

    I noticed that some of the rivet mandrels looked like they popped off a little above the rivet head leaving behind a little bit of the shaft. Was that an issue and if so, how did you deal with it?

    • @Project2Aero
      @Project2Aero  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It seems like a common thing with these rivets. I have yet to do anything with them as I planned to address it just prior to finish things off. Many guys are filing the stems off but just be careful to not remove much material from the head itself or press the mandrel back out of the rivet.

    I've been binge watching all the videos today on your way cool build. you mentioned this is a new channel to keep the content separate from your main channel. what's your main channel called so I can subscribe

    • @Project2Aero
      @Project2Aero  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks man, my other channel is www.youtube.com/@Project2Workshop but to be honest its kinda taken a backseat to this one.. I justt dont have time to do both at the moment. Lots of cool content unrelated to aviation over there though..

    Great job! Would be interested to hear how much time you invested for each of your components.

      I wish I had a good answer for you, but I am not really tracking build hours.. I do know nothing has been overly difficult or time consuming up to this point . I can say that i have as much or more time reading and researching the next steps than actual build time. Thanks for watching👍
