I figured it out. It's the metal where he is tapping but on the inside of the car. The different layers are not all flush together so some are slightly tapping on others. Take a rubber mallet or a cloth and hammer and bang on them from the inside. This will fix the noise

Its the door striker on the b pillar. You can adjust it up or down.
