Thank you! When it came time to make the computer screens we gravitated to Isolation over what we saw in the first film just because we wanted it to be readable in a quick shot. But researching that gave us a new perspective on how Isolation borrowed from Aliens, as the layout was much closer to the SentryGun arming screen in the Special Edition.
Superb work guys - that soundtrack is so eerie and dissonant, reminds me some echoes from Alien 3 ost, however that saxophone was a great choice! The whole story kept me in stitches. Some little bits of acting seemed a bit stiff but it's understandable...amazing achievement again!
Not bad, I loved the camouflaged tail, that was unexpected. I would love to see another fan film where the Alien Earth Infestation is happening. The Icelandic movie in fact called "Infestation" part one and two were perfect on that note. The CGI Xenomorph was not perfect but the tension and his use on the movie was so good. So seeing a film of different people in different scenarios dealing with Earth slowly being taken over by the Aliens would be so cool. I think you guys could do one ❤️

I could watch this 1,000 times. Given the budget, it’s outstanding. How did you cram so much character dev into 9mins?! The score is the strongest element I think. It’s both very ‘alien’ but has its own feel. It made the scene with the xeno seriously creepy. Mega thanks. Assholes and elbows clearly moving on the double to produce something like this.

I'm guessing that you had a tiny budget, but you've spent that budget well, the sound was great, the music fitted well, the set's and costumes were brilliant 👍👍
I hate to say it - because we don't expect too much - but, speaking HONESTLY... FACTUALLY... this was _baaaaad._ Truly an unfortunate waste of time, and reinforces the bad rep that overall fan-fiction often gets. Let me (painfully have to) spell out what we DO expect: MINIMALLY believable acting. (Fail.) An even ACCEPTABLY compelling story concept. (Fail.) DECENT casting. (Fail.) COMPETENT directing. (Fail.) If you'd EVEN had those, this wouldn't have been the utterly wasted effort which this completely shows itself to be. We WANT to believe. We WANT to support. We WANT to celebrate the Alien concept in ANY well-done form - amateur OR professional. THIS was, decidedly, the very worst Alien fan-fiction I've ever seen. And I'm VERY sorry - and surprised - to have to say that.

It is just a fan effort, but it is set in 2160, so 19 years before the events of Aliens and Alien³.
