- Africa's cleanest and safest country blew my expectations out of the water! 🇷🇼
There's nothing better than having your expectations blown away by a city, especially when its media coverage hasn't always been great.
The reality is, Rwanda's history hasn't always had the best media coverage, but from what I saw and experienced, there's a lot more the country has to offer.
It shows what a country can do over time and with the right leadership.
It's no wonder / thebal chose to launch their billion-dollar league in Rwanda.
Not only is the country gorgeous and full of opportunity, but they also have so many world-class restaurants like / inkasteakhouse and / choosekigali
They have a booming infrastructure and a rapidly growing city, amazing culture, and one of the lowest corruption indexes in the world.
On top of all of this, they have stunning landscapes and beautiful nature that'll blow your mind.
We are talking about a leadership that is known for getting results! And as a fun fact, 60% of the country's leadership consists of women!
I met so many Ivy League-educated Rwandans who have come back and helped build their country,
The head of RDB Claire @akamanziclare, who got her masters from Harvard. / yvonnemakolo who is the CEO of / flyrwandair . These are only a few examples of the excellence that has come out of the country.
I'm so excited to return to Rwanda to see old friends. More trips to this beautiful city to come!

A couple in our investment group went there before covid and posted their trip on Facebook. They dropped everything in the US and moved there and said they are never coming back to the states. I plan on visiting them and they warned me that I would do the same. I love their president. Can't say the same for ours.

It’s amazing that 99% of the world are ignorant as to most countries, but particularly in Africa. Rwanda is simply one of the best countries in the world. Definitely in Africa, the cleanest safest most organised country. Absolutely stunningly, beautiful scenery, completely unique and different to the other countries in Africa when you consider, it’s different national parks and how efficient the economy is run. I will be there for 10 days in January 2024.
As an African American man who has never traveled to Africa, I am glad to see the country is thriving. It's still hard for me to fathom what actually happened in Rwanda but I hope the country has learn from it's past. They should never let outside countries instigate.
Neighboring countries aren't going to cause them trouble lol. It's the European nations of Britain and France that aren't particularly fond of their development.

I drove to kigali from DRC about 3.5 hours. I felt extremely safe not mention the stunning look all the way up to Kigali with beautiful weather, extremely smooth ride, beautiful roads. May God keep blessing Rwanda and Rwandan People 🙏❤

Yes Rwanda is a great place to go. Even if you are a woman traveling for the first time all by yourself. I'm telling you it's great. The people I met there and experienced were awesome, friendly, open and kind. You can walk the streets late at night and be just fine. You could never do that in the states

Rwanda isn't the least corrupt country neither in africa nor in the world, however it is the 3th least corrupt one in africa, positionning it as the 49th lowest corruption index worldwide, which is pretty impressive out of 194 nations.
This is true! I've been to Kigali and considering the genocide this country encountered the people are the kindest most humble I've ever experienced. Everywhere is clean and peaceful and well organized. Love, Love, Love Ruwanda!!! ❤
