- Killer Instinct Classic Announcer All Character Select Screen Animations, this is a video of All Character Select Screen Animations in Killer Instinct while Classic is the Announcer. I thought it would be cool to have the Classic Arcade Select Screen Music instead of the normal for the Classic Announcer. There are 3 different types of Announcers, New, Classic and Aria. Killer Instinct is a fighting video game, the third in the Killer Instinct series, developed by Double Helix Games, Iron Galaxy Studios, Rare and Microsoft Studios under supervision of Ken Lobb, and released as a free-to-play launch game for the Xbox One in 2013. The game is a reboot of the series, though some plot elements from Killer Instinct and Killer Instinct 2 have been retained. Development of the game involves individuals with histories in fighting games on both the developmental and competitive sides. It received positive reviews for its mechanics and engine, but was criticized for its initial lack of content. A second season of characters was released between 2014 and 2015. A third season, along with a port of the game for Windows 10, is currently in development, scheduled for release on March 29, 2016.

Adding the old character select theme was a really nice touch.

I'm so glad you have all this swag to make the characters look all crazy. I don't always agree with the result, but it's a nice change from always seeing the default in everyone's videos.
Of all the crazy references, I can't believe that they made a version of Eyedol based on the movie "9" of all things.

I like the fact the old music was used and it matches the classic announcer. But he sounds different, with some of the character, eh I guess comes with age. But I enjoy your KI vids :D

All this video proves is that you can't reinvent the wheel the classic is always better! And by the way the music and the sound of the game made it competition for Mortal Kombat . The small and insignificant details helped a lot.

I haven't kept up with all the updates for this game after it was released. Spinal, what did they do to you my man. He looks hilarious, bwuahaha.
that's not all the characters...you're missing kilgore, Shin Hisako (different from regular Hisako...Shin Hisako now wields her father's blade...see her story update; the curse of Hisako is that she is bound to her village so her power is limited...but Shin Hisako can go wherever she wants and basically is a ghost samurai) and Eagle
i heard at one point some other KI characters were being considered from the comics and classic lore but they were taken out...these include: Shadow Orchid (similar to Shadow Jago only an evil version on Orchid who abuses the Fire Cat power), Yokku (an amphibious experiment of Ultratech that can walk on land or go in water, however Yokku was abandoned in favour of guest character Rash), Corvina (like Sabrewulf and Maya, Corvina comes from a line of monster hunters...in her case from Russia, she summons and wields Ravens...ironically she was abandoned in favour of General RAAM whose special power isn't too different). These are the only three i know of: Shadow Orchid, Yokku and Corvina.

Life And Death Well yea I know you can customize them the way you want but some of yours look pretty cool. Like your Fulgore for instance just looks incredibly kick ass, and that white zebra-like Riptor looks pretty menacing.

Life And Death Ahh I see well in order to unlock them all you'd probably have to spend a ridiculous amount of time with each character and with 30 or so characters that could become an issue so I can understand that. Who are your favorite/best characters?

I put it there for this video, sorry they should add this theme but doubt they will. I went through and did the characters with no music then recorded the classic music long enough to go as long as the video and just added it since the original music was muted all it had was the announcer and sounds of the characters.

I muted the music from the normal game and went through the characters with the classic announcer then while I was editing the video I added the original music.
