- Croatia take on France in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Final in Moscow, however it is not the first time these nations have clashed in major competition. UEFA.tv takes you back to the last competitive fixture between the two sides in the group stages of EURO 2004. A star-studded France side, boasting Zidane, Vieira and Henry took on a Croatia side featuring Ivica Olić, who will be involved in Sunday's World Cup Final as Croatian Assistant Manager. The match ended all-square, but who will emerge as World Cup champions in Moscow?

Someone seems bitter... I don't think France has a love story with referees, we had bad calls to our benefits, or the other way around too... Like pretty much everyone else. It's tough Croatia did not reach its first world cup, but there will be another shot someday. France did not win a world cup for 60 years before wins in 98 and 18, were the referees in love then ?
