Can auto doc do some service parts on the Diesel engines, I have a PD 130, my oil filter looks nothing like this one, it's changed from the top.

No point DIYing if you can't research the Oil required (owner's manual) and buy the correct filter from any Auto Shop.

@@johnh9200 I have the 05 Octavia Style, 2.0 Aral Long Life 5W30 (4ltr) and I used a Bosch P3314 filter. oil-change.info/skoda/
Must have removed the under-tray earlier.
