- Hi guys!
This is 25 minute full body dumbbell workout include warm up and stretching. It will target every muscle group, build lean muscle and burn energy a lot!!
The weight I am using is 3kg x 2 dumbbells, If you have lighter weights, no problem!!
But if you can't feel anything, try heavier one.
I hope you guys enjoy it.

요새 더워서 그런가 아침마다 일어나면 몸이 무거운데 일단 운동시작해서 하다보니 몸이 가벼워지는걸 느낄 수 있네요

I loved this. Just the right length and difficulty for me in my 60's. I still need weights and bands to keep muscle tone - nothing else works the same for me. Please do more and thank you for this upload!
