In 2015, I had a huge anxiety order causing me to be sent to the mental hospital after the huge ruckus I broke into in public. I recall so much, listening to this song in my head, while I had to undergo my mandatory treatment without any electronics. I had trouble sleeping all the time during those nights in the hospital. And I’d always sing this song to sleep. I asked God who I'm supposed to be The stars smiled down on me God answered in silent reverie I said a prayer and fell asleep I am much stronger now in 2021. But somehow inside me, I’ve not completely recovered & I listen to your song as a reminder
I was 51/50’d last April from so much repressed negative emotions bubbling up at home from everyone…it’s difficult to let go and recover from. I use to play this song for my young daughter when she was 5, as she was going to sleep. She’s almost 19 now and moved away in June. Every time I hear it, I think of her and what an amazing woman she has become. 💕
This was played during a picture slideshow on continuous loop at a funeral I went to recently,this is already a beautiful song full of so much emotion and it was strangely fitting at the funeral also
