Hey I have the exact bike as you and I took the whole top end apart got to the piston and was not moving. We kept trying to move it and it started turning good. It just gets caught up every so often. Would you know why?
Hard to say without seeing it in person. If you take the cylinder off, move the connecting rod up and down, spinning the crank, do you feel resistance? Is so, I'd say yea, rebuild the bottom end. If the bearings are bad, replace the crank. New crank kits come with new rods and bearings...
Those purple marks on the crank are normal. It's caused by putting the rod bearing in. Once theres no play on the rod up and down its fine.
Hey love the video great content keep doing what your doing mate 😎
Thanks a lot. Hope to have some more content when it warms up!
do u think wrf 250 2005 would be good for 2400$ for a begginer bike
As long as it runs good and isn't too beat up, yes. Great bike.
@@TwistedGripGarage - plus since it’s a 2005 you’ll get ELECTRIC START!

You mean, you took the whole top end off and the piston was stuck on the connecting rod?
@@TwistedGripGarage no. Crankshaft is having a hard time turning most of the time. Would it need new bearings or a whole new crankshaft?

@@TwistedGripGarage okay thanks for the help. I will probably have to get a new crankshaft Cause there is alot of resistance.
Is there a Insta I can follow to ask about my bike
No. I'm sorry. I only have TH-cam. I typically try to respond to comments though.
