they really need to cut the time down on those residency meetings. yall night shift girlies are struggling and are the meetings even productive? im a pca for the resource/float department at my hospital and we have online meetings on webex sometimes and half the time im working when they have the meeting or if i am off, the meeting is like at 7 or 8 in the morning and im like dude im not waking up that early on my day off for a meeting im not even getting paid to attend where they talk about pointless stuff. so i lowkey stopped going to the meetings hahahaha. my hospital isn't that great so i honestly don't care. if they say anything, ima just say i missed the email. im not tryna work at this place when i become a nurse anyway. i want somewhere with good training where they actually care more about their staff. my hospital has so much staff turnover
