For your ipad you could use Goodnotes or Notability. Notability allows you to record the lecture so you can go back while studying. It'll even play a specific part of the lecture when you press on a sentence.

To become a registered nurse in the USA, you can either get an ADN- Associate's Degree in Nursing (2 years) or a BSN- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (4 years). With the 2 year (associate's) degree, you still have to take pre-requisites before starting the nursing program, which can take 1-2 years to complete. I am in an ADN program, while taking the classes for my BSN online at the same time. So I'll graduate with both degrees at the same time!
