      @@tastymealsandtreats Yes for sure! I checked the ingredients already but I have no buttermilk at home at the moment. I guess it doesn't works with normal milk?

      You can use Plain Yoghurt, or make your own buttermilk by adding 2 tbsp white vinegar to 1 cup milk. Set aside to curdle, then use...😊

    I love the shapes! Ive never shaped scones to anything other than a "scone" shape. 😂 Looks so good!

    I am wondering with the cup of butter milk, is this American or English cup size?

    200deg C?

    • @tastymealsandtreats
      @tastymealsandtreats  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for watching! ❤️ Pre-heat the oven to 200 deg. C, then place the scones in the oven at 200 deg. C for 5 mins, then reduce the temperature to 180 deg. C and bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes till the tops are light brown and the scones are fully baked... 😘

    'Round bladed knife'? You mean a spoon?

    • @tastymealsandtreats
      @tastymealsandtreats  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This is a recipe for dough that is not handled too much. The round bladed knife is simply a butter knife or non-sharp knife with a smooth edge, which is used to mix the buttermilk into the flour. Its not really important to use a 'round' knife. You can use a spoon or your hands, gently forming the dough! Thank you for watching this new channel! 😊
