Don't be sorry about a long video!! Your presentation was spot on. I enjoy your videos right up there with Global Commerce. Like you, I bought my MP001 from them. I am now waiting for my CDA6 system. Please, keep up the good work.
I was on the fb post you responded to about having this issue. I ended up trying again and got it to clone bc I couldn’t get the security to relearn with SPS. I’ve heard it’s a common issue trying to make a used e69 work.
I got the MP001 from www.globalcommerceca.com i know i accidentally said .ca in the video. But fond him onbyoutube, he has lots of good information. @globalcommerceca
I had a chevy traverse with those symptoms caused by a defective pcm. I didnt think that was the problem neither but we tried one and it fixed the ramdom stalling issue.😅 thanks for sharing its good that obd star came out with this machine now us as technician can fix these wierd problems that are hard to diagnose without trying swap tronix with used modules.
@lakelandcarkeys. yeah, I re watched the video after sending that comment and notice you said problem with the windows and I agree with you on that. Good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌
Great video! I like your straight forward instructions, very good presentation. Any chance if you had virginized files backed up, you could load those files on a salvaged ECU and program it using OEM software?
You would be able to. Not sure if the FS1 file was an actual virginized file I know it already had their vin loaded into it. In one of my other vidoes I had cloned a new pcm, and I did not back up the file. A buddy of mine told me how valuable those virginized files are.
@@lakelandcarkeys yeah, I was thinking that too. It would be valuable because you can virginize a used and have that ready for whatever. I can’t wait to get mine here in the next few months.

That's good to know
But I did not thing the pcm would cause issues with the windows and radio.

How do you like the obdstar tool?
I have no complaints. It does what it's supposed to. The coverage list is not huge.but it's getting a lot of updates.
