I really hope that this guy becomes one of those incredibly popular you tubers. He works way too goddamn hard on this channel. He achieves quality as well as quantity. In my mind he is the most underrated person on this platform. Just wanted to tell this guy how much I appreciate his hard work.

But he has some really stupid ideas. He needs to be more careful what he says. Like there was no prophecy saying Naruto was going to be awesome. the prophecy was the legacy of hate between Naruto and Sasuke, and they bucked the prophecy. So a lot of what comes out of Tekking's mouth is just not the truth. If he starts not blathering, but making sense, he will go further.

@@mariasmith2198 Well he said his opinion which most famous TH-camrs do so I don't really think he needs to be careful of what he says and he said that the prophecy in Naruto was poor writing as Naruto didn't get strong do to hardwork he was just special. And what he says isn't what matters it's the content or humour of him even quirkiness of him that got him a fan base but he might to do a lot more things than one piece it fun yeah he has done other great anime topics but never really expands beyond one piece everytime he does *BAM* another one piece video then more and more etc So he might need to expand on his range of coverage of anime topics other than that...

Y'know... I genuinely think that something along these lines could, not will, but could happen. The One Piece (the treasure not the show), is going to have to be something epic and profound; something truly world changing. Something that has made following this series for twenty years worth it. That's why so many people were worried that the treasure was going to be some kind of metaphysical crap like ''friendship'' or ''the heart'' or something like that because that's lame. As is Luffy after all of this just wheeling up to a cave and finding a box of treasure or an ultimate devil fruit or something like that.
Oh, and as already mentioned above, what an ingenious way to create the All Blue for Sanji.
let us just take a moment to appreciate the very likely possibility that Luffy at some point of time will be strong enough to destroy islands
edit: not talking about any of that softcore stuff we have already seen, i mean proper unadulterated destruction.

Destroying the islands isn't that hard, and many of the characters in the story can do it already. You don't need to disintegrate every pebble for it to be destroyed.

He also always pronounces the name of Chopper's mentor, Dr Hikuluk as "Hiruluk" or "Dr Hee-roo-luk." Like... dude... theres no "R" in there. Its Hikuluk. "Hee-koo-look." There are several other ones but I cant recall them off the top of my head.
For a guy that makes so many one piece videos and gets so many views on them, he mispronounces stuff quite a bit.

I take this from the "Inherited will theory", but I think it is possible:
Luffy finds pluton, and in order to free and unite the world, he will shot down Mariejois with that big ass cannon it has, and since Fishman island is directly under Mariejois it will be destroyed in the process as well. And that is when Poseidon a.k.a Shirahoshi comes in the picture. The fishmans will board Noah, and shirahoshi will command the seakings to pull that ship out of the danger zone, that way everyone will be saved, except of course Fishman island.

There are 2 ways I see this prophecy happening. First, like you said the island gets destroyed, but its not a bad thing because the fishmen want to bridge the gap with the humans. Second, and this could go hand in hand with the first part, but you didn't mention it. What if Fishman Island is destroyed as collateral damage. Isn't Marjiejoi on top of, or right next to Fishmen Island. Maybe when Luffy confronts the world government the destruction of Fishman Island will be unavoidable.
I find it deeply disturbing that the one piece world seems to only have one straw hat. Everyone luffy sees knows who it's from, it's even so notable that it became his moniker. Why not shorts Luffy?

Shirahoshi will blurt that she's allied with Luffy, the marine attacks them, the other 2 princess helps Shirahoshi, marine attacks fishman island.
Maybe the Strawhat person in the prophecy is Shanks? The hat does belong to him after all, taking into acount Roger is dead.
Or One Piece is going to get so far into the future that we are not only going to see Luffy discover the One Piece and become the King of the Pirates, but also pass the strawhat legacy to a next generation pirate that is going to eventually destroy the Fishman Island.
Or it can be just like that Thor Ragnarok movie, in which destroying the Island actually saves everyone and everyone is happy.

If the Strawhats are so close to so many world leaders now, then why aren't they given Eternal Poses from the monarchs and leaders for their respective islands? It seemed like they were rather common earlier in the series, so wouldn't the royalty of these places have some spares to give to these heroes?

Let me say, I don’t watch one piece, or have any interest in watching. However, Tekking, your videos are so well done I feel like I’ve followed the story all along and I listen to each and every discussion you post. I even go back and watch older stuff just to listen to your well developed discussion on one piece. Your videos are perfect length and have so much substance to them rather than making as many shorter videos as possible to get as many views as possible, and I appreciate that. I always look forward to a tekking discussion video, keep going strong for a long time. Thanks.
Polkamon His vids are so comprehensive, and entertaining as well which is rare for theorists. Honestly I could see why people would be intimidated by One Piece, it's a huge story. It's only something you'd be interested in if you're looking for something better than Bleach, Naruto, My Hero Academy etc. and on the level of Berserk, Kingdom and series like that.

You mentioned that you don’t think Luffy will be able to defeat the yonko on his own although wouldn’t you feel as if Luffy would be undeserving of pirate king if he couldn’t take down a single Yonko with out teaming up on them?
Not necessarily. I mean just being the Pirate King doesn't mean you are absolutely stronger than anyone else. We don't know much about Roger's fighting abilities, but I don't think Roger would easily be able to take down Kaido in 1 on 1, just because he is the pirate king.
Also, think about how much it took the Marines to take down a sick yonko... like so much manpower to take him down and there’s three others of equal strength (now four with the timeskip.) So, while it’s possible, I don’t think it’s necessary

I’m not sure if Luffy will be able to take down the yonko but from what he told to katakuri about coming back to take down big Mom we know he certainly wants to and you know how once Luffy is once he sets his mind on something. He gets it done. Also I’ve never read a manga where the protagonist wanted to be number 1 but uses others to get there. I guess time will tell. Keep up the great work! I watch your videos nearly every day.

for some reason i always assumed that the destruction always referred to the whole Hody situation, but remember being all a bit confused by it never actually happening and for some reason id never thought about it meaning date in the future of the story. Makes so much more sense and now im hyped fom the return to fishman island arc
