And then i`m training and after that i do my best. Currently i`m injured and the boots i used they are to small, and i`m kinda on a budget and my size is not on stock on unisportstore ( AG) So i really don`t know what to do anymore.

These exercises contain stretching and activating my muscles to make me more agile. I always vary the intensity of the exercises depending on how I feel.
@@beef9961 That highly depends on how you're doing it. If you do it wrong, it definitely can! I only stretch statically for a few seconds (4-6) and then stretch dynamically for about the same time. There is a certain length a muscle needs to be in in order to be as effective as possible, just like with a car and it's engine temperature. Too little isn't good, but too much is also not good. I hope it helps!
Sometimes going into a game I set myself some objectives to do at least one skill or one killer pass or that one thunder strike all which are necessary in scoring goals to win matches. But I usually get so entrenched in the modified pace of the game that I forget to do what I truly planned to do. And if my team loses that game I feel like I truly lost because I did not accomplish anything that I personally had wanted to accomplish. So now I always watch football videos before a match to constantly remind myself of my plans for that game and I step onto the pitch reaffirmed of my objectives and I become more likely to do them with every opportunity I get.
What I do when I prepare for a game is I get relaxed and tell my self you are going to leave everything you have on the field and push yourself as hard as you can. Then I warm up with my team with a simple drill witch is taking shot on goal. Nice video! 👍

As you can see I do a lot to prepare, but it always pays off.
