Hello. Verry nice and useful video!!! Usually don't have breakfast. That's why I eat 3.5-4 hours before a match. I use rice instead of pasta 120g. Instead of juice, I make a shake with bananas between 300-400g. It is obtained identically to what is said in the video. After a game I usually eat twice. The first meal is pizza or pasta, the second is oatmeal most often (sometimes pasta, bread, rice can be), fruit, chocolate and some meat or eggs.
Food effects mindset also.. For example, in eastern India, people love football more then the rest of India. Eastern India people also prefers rice more over complex carbs. Daily lunch in these areas looks like rice, lentil soup, fish, vegetables etc. I'm from West bengal, but nowadays North-east is the powerhouse of football in India.
Thank you so much Bruno and Jay you have helped me a lot, I was confused on what to eat be used so want my match performances to be good and now I know what to eat thank you a lot
@Brichanise Terrell I love Jesus peace be upon him as one of God's prophets who was born in Jerusalim, Palestine. He worshipped one God just like Adam and the previous prophets. I had some very good games. 50+ sprints without any carbs at match day! Only protein and fat (fish, some veggies, yoghort. almonds) and caffeine of course. Carbload was the day before.
Before I play Football, I Always ate Nugget or Else😂 Btw , if you Want Eat before Match begin, I Recommend you to Eat Bread Jam (Whatever flavors jam) and drink 2 glass water
A lot of rice and some chicken 3-4 hours prior to kick off does the job. I guess you missed out on drinking water. 2-3 L of water on matchday is super important 💪
what a good informative video. I would like to see another video go into more detail like things to after matches, during matches at the same level of detail. like 1 gram of protein for every 1kg of body weight for the recovery phase after a game. what to eat at halftime, what to drink in what ratio like 300ml water 100ml of a sports drinks like Lucozade to help rehydrate you during the game, stuff like that. basically a week in the life of a pro athlete's exercises and diet. it is very hard to cut through the bullshit and get true advice.
These foods are called low satiating foods, protein is high satiatijg meaning it fills you up quickly and is harder to digest/absorb, type up foods that are low satiating these are easier to digest
A salad just makes me more hungry, so i try to get something that makes my hunger go away, no matter the food, playing hungry is the worst. Im a bigger guy so i gotta eat more than just a banna or a salad
