@@KellyBodel-fg6fj avoid a steak before a game, takes up a lot of your digestive energy to break it down!
Looking back on this, I’d even replace pasta with rice and broccoli with leafy greens.

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS FOR DAYS BUT THE VIDEOS WERE 4-6 years ago
Thanks🤝🏼🔥🔥🔥
Great video guys, you’re always creating quality videos. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
Thank you so much Bruno and Jay you have helped me a lot, I was confused on what to eat be used so want my match performances to be good and now I know what to eat thank you a lot
If you play in the morning for a 10:30 kick off like me, I find a big pasta or potato based meal in the evening and two bananas 1.5 hours before KO gives me the best energy. Lucozade at half time.
Thank you unisport!!!
Great information, thanks!
Great video man

I WAS LOOKING THIS FOR MANY MONTHS...THANKS...
Thanks for this. I hope I'll play better now.
Beautifully explained ⚽️
I was viewing that type of videos and your video was best
Thanks i needed this one
Great video
Hello. Verry nice and useful video!!! Usually don't have breakfast. That's why I eat 3.5-4 hours before a match. I use rice instead of pasta 120g. Instead of juice, I make a shake with bananas between 300-400g. It is obtained identically to what is said in the video.
After a game I usually eat twice. The first meal is pizza or pasta, the second is oatmeal most often (sometimes pasta, bread, rice can be), fruit, chocolate and some meat or eggs.
Amazing
Thank you finally this video
Nice work guys 👍👌
thank you dear for your valuable videos.

Unisport is a gold mine for young promising players like me. Thanks Unisport 👍
You shouldn’t think you’re promising. Humble yourself please.
I like the confidence keep your head up
@@thedon897 Ye, I only think I am promising is because I was quite bad like a year ago but I have improved so much because I have worked really hard and I think I have a lot more to offer. I'm not trying to be arrogant, I'm trying to be truthful. But I get where your coming from, it does sound a bit arrogant.

Can you do a video on what foods to eat post match?
My question 💪😄👌solves
Cool vid
Big fan 😅🤗
Really great video. Would be good to know what are the easily digestible foods that can be eaten within 3 hours of the match/during the match...?
These foods are called low satiating foods, protein is high satiatijg meaning it fills you up quickly and is harder to digest/absorb, type up foods that are low satiating these are easier to digest
Sir love from India
two words...THANK YOU
Interesting 😎
I read that bananas give you energy for 90 min that's why it's the first thing that always comes to my mind before a match.
Thank you appreciate it
Romans 10:9
If you declare with your mouth,Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved 🥳
@@Brichanise.Nicole I love Jesus peace be upon him as one of God's prophets who was born in Jerusalim, Palestine.
He worshipped one God just like Adam and the previous prophets.
There is no evidence that Jesus peace be upon him claimed that " I am God or worship me".
He was born miraculously without any male intervention.
The last message from God (Allah) to us is the holy Quran, it is the only book that was preserved among all the divine books.
The bible and all the divine books are now no longer God's words because they were distorted and not preserved.
For any more information watch Dr. zakir naik videos here is a link for a video about Jesus peace be upon him. youtu.br/BF1tT6-yEyM

Do a recovery meals videos
I love your all’s channel. As a coach I am able to push this out easily to my boys and get them to try and develop there skills at home. But I am taking on a new challenge this coming year with coaching 7v7 - U10 age group and would like to see if you can push more basic / developmental skills content?
Nice
Love from nepal
what a good informative video.
I would like to see another video go into more detail like things to after matches, during matches at the same level of detail. like 1 gram of protein for every 1kg of body weight for the recovery phase after a game. what to eat at halftime, what to drink in what ratio like 300ml water 100ml of a sports drinks like Lucozade to help rehydrate you during the game, stuff like that.
basically a week in the life of a pro athlete's exercises and diet.
it is very hard to cut through the bullshit and get true advice.
I drink my yerba mate through out the day. And 2-3 hours before the match, I eat veggies and chicken with pasta.
Big fan from India
I am watching your videos since 4 years
I had some very good games. 50+ sprints without any carbs at match day! Only protein and fat (fish, some veggies, yoghort. almonds) and caffeine of course. Carbload was the day before.
First view
love uni sports
i should have studied nutrition, it's so interesting
I love eating cereals before the match. It has a lot of carbohydrates and is tasty )
I always eat salad, kiwi 🥝 apple 🍎 and salad before the match ❤️😁😉👍
Please cane u tel me witch protien is the best for football🙏
Make a video on what should we do after a match
Can you teach how to involve the skills you learn by yourself into a match and also some more real match skills that we haven't seen yet.
Confidence
you mentioned refilling your carbs during the end of the match so you can continue to push. do you recommend any specific energy bar or supplement?
Drink cluster dextrin
FINALLY!!!😁🙄
Carbs are really good for giving the atp system fuel and that's why it's so crucial
atp? what dat
Also tell what are those stuff we eat after our meal to keep topping up our muscles ..!!!!
can u make a vid on how much to sleep for an early game

Let us know how they keep they’re mental fitness healthy
Food effects mindset also..
For example, in eastern India, people love football more then the rest of India.
Eastern India people also prefers rice more over complex carbs. Daily lunch in these areas looks like rice, lentil soup, fish, vegetables etc.
I'm from West bengal, but nowadays North-east is the powerhouse of football in India.

I usually eat rice and chicken and salad and juice before the match 3 house and banana and ice water before 30 min before the Match

A lot of rice and some chicken 3-4 hours prior to kick off does the job. I guess you missed out on drinking water. 2-3 L of water on matchday is super important 💪
