I've got a 2011, Avenger, with a FR, EMGs and mother of pearl cross inlays. It has a smokey green/gray quilted veneer and faux binding. It's pretty decent, although, I'm not a fan of the cheap FR Special nor the neck shape. I bought it because, I'm left-handed and it was at my local pawn shop. It doesn't have the heel access like this one though and it has a neckplate instead of the inset screws. I like the Avenger shape and people have told me that it suits me but I'll tell ya, if I hit my chin on the upper horn, one more time, I will not be buying another Avenger. I'm not in the market for a cheap guitar, although this one looks nice....I'm looking to upgrade to a mid range or high end Schecter...there's 1 masterbuilt Made in USA lefty on the market but I don't have 3200 usd lol. Also, if I'm going FR-less, I'm going to need string-thru at the least or one with the Hipshot IBBY bridge. Overall though, Schecter has a lot of options for low-end guitars that still "rock" and lots of options for lefties such as myself.

Love that paint job. I've never been a fan of that shape but it looks top in this colour.
@@marclurr you have to play this shape to like it imo,I was never interested in the Avenger shape then when I played one it all made sense
