Thank you soooo much!! That makes me happy 😊 thanks for watching! This was a funny video - I’ve never released an unedited video but I wanted it to be in real time as much as possible 😊 Did you catch me telling me son not to talk ? 😂😂 he can be a stinker w his sarcasm 🤪
Great job on the tour of Kitchen Kettle Village. I saw what I thought was a live come up when I was in Florida and I tried to watch. But I didn't have a good connection. You are always so knowledgeable of everything Lancaster! Enjoyed seeing your son in the video too! Hope you had a fantastic trip!
Thanks for you walking tour video. It brings me back memories from my trip there in 2007... a few years ago now ! Sometimes it's great when things do not change. Regards,
Thank you Maxminery! It is a cool place 😊👍 I remember going there as a teenager ( I hated shopping and it was hot and I was not thrilled to be there ) and even though I didn’t shop I do remember how cool I thought the brick lined sidewalks were and how quaint of a place or was and that was back in the early 90’s. It has changed but they have done a remarkable job of keeping those same qualities of charm and quaintness. You should go back! So much to do in the area 😊👍
@@ElleLiving It was a pleasure to share these old but good memories. I currently live in the Est of France, which has much in common with Lancaster County as many Amish families are originally from that place. Thanks for the idea of coming to visit again; if I had to cross the ocean again I'd definitely let you know😊
Technical problems happen beyond your control. We love your videos and I’m sure this one will be just as good, thank you for your hard work and great information.
I am wondering if any of you have ever done any events here? I did the Picnic Tasting Tour and that is a LOT of fun!!! Thanks to all of you who joined the chat!!
@GraceandJewels check their website which I believe is just www.kitchenkettle.com and you should be able to find it under events. I THINK they offer them once a month during summer months 😊😊👍👍 and they start before the village opens to the public so you get the village to yourself (with the others who are found the tour). Highly recommend- you get to taste test throughout the village 😋😋👏👏
Just wondering how busy the village is at end of October? We are gonna be coming there the last week of October on the 26th. My wife and I love your videos. We been watching them ever since deciding to visit Lancaster.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for watching! I hope they are helpful 😉👍 October is the perfect time to visit Lancaster in general so good job on going then!! Kitchen Kettle is usually busy on Saturdays all season except winter maybe. But if you get there when they open at 10AM, that’s the best time to go. And it won’t be overcrowded I don’t think, just busy probably. But totally worth a visit! The town of Intercourse has a lot to offer! Hope that helps 😊
I have had homemade root beer in Lancaster at Amish road side stands, if that’s what u mean. Sorry but I do not like it 😆🤪 I’m not really a soda person though and I like the drinks I do drink to be sweet 😉😍
@@eshelly4205 no I have not but I’ve been trying to get there this past year and just seem to run out of time! I will this Fall! I’ve heard many good things about it! Thank you for the recommendation 😊👍
Enjoyed your walkthrough of Kitchen Kettle Village. We spent a week in Lancaster last month and your videos really helped us plan our vacation!

The Kling House held an event a year ago. My husband and I attended for St. Patrick’s Day.
@@Latosha_C oh what a wonderful thing for you all!
One of our very favorite places to go on a day trip.
Me too 😊
