Anorexia and the Court of Protection | Hybrid Event

This seminar was chaired by Ms Justice Henke, and looked at approaches to the treatment of anorexia, the controversial concept of ‘terminal anorexia’, and how the Court of Protection makes decisions authorising a palliative approach to care for patients.
