family is an option when u r exhausted, but not for me. I get all the depression and discouragement from my family, hardly get a compliment from them. I hate my family so bad tho. :(
You are exhausted because you do not treat yourself with compassion like stated in the video. If you put yourself in a high place you will align with higher things and such negative instances with your family won’t arise, and if they do they will not align with you in such a way where they feel personal. Realize that your family struggle internally as well, and you have the potential to help them by allowing them to be true to themselves without judgement! Much love
For the first point I somehow heard you say that to escape the loop you have to accept that it has no end, and therefore is a loop of continuos trial and error, is that correct?
