When ever your hear this guys voice out in the wild, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!
No kidding. Lol
😂😂😂☠
His a good narrator
And so Jay 420 types this unaware of the danger that is behind him.
Especially when there's a raging forest fire and you hear him shout, "FAH, FAH!"😜
Start of the video I was like "wow, Arctic Foxes look remarkably similar to Wolves"😃
👍👍👍
They definitely don't.....
For those who are curious, the two species of animals featured here are a boreal caribou (Rangifer tarandus groenlandicus) and an arctic wolf (Canis lupus arctos). This scene takes place in northern Canada, specifically, in a large region called the Barren Grounds or also, the Barren Lands.
Thank you!
Thank you
How do you tell a boreal caribou from a barren ground caribou? Just geography?
lucus jorquera …………..liar!! 😳🤣😁👈🏽(jk)
@@MsNessbit They are actually the same animal, but with two common names.
I remember the first time I saw this and I was in awe of the calfs stamina and will to live. The calf had heart. Reminds you to NEVER GIVE UP. NOT DEAD, CANT QUIT! WE'RE ALL GONNA MAKE IT BOYS!!
justice for the abused calf!
Go Down, Slaver.
wolves struggle hunting alone as well. They are more successfully when there are a few of them and they apply tactics.
What about us, mofo
That calf "out here" representing all marathon runners 🏃♂️
I will join too 🏃🏃🏻♂️
😂
No.
Only they run for their life.
So many baby caribous running next to their mother in the drone shots at the beginning! Such an adorable sight!
It's hot air balloon not drone 😁
@@JustAnimeVids never had drones back then in 2005ish I think 😂😂
@@aldorfc220 LOL 😆 I'm not sure about that but I've seen behind the scenes they used hot air balloon
Woooowwww!! That lil baby caribou's will to live literally just inspired me!!.... He literally ran for his life!!
Arctic wolf hunting baby caribou in a arctic wolf documentary: *let’s gooooo*
Baby caribou being hunted in a caribou documentary: *;-;*
people like carnivores because their consciousness is similar to them because of eating meat.
Wolf: sees a baby caribou
*We got a runner!*
Amazing that the calf outpaced the wolf. Awesome video
The title says Fox when we can all see it's a Wolf and David even said so,so i'm going with Wolf and not Fox. 🤷🏾♂️😉
Fox*✅
Wox. Or Foolf.
I agree. The Arctic Fox is actually smaller & 20x cuter than the Arctic Wolf.
It also eats small mammals, eggs, insects, berries, birds, etc.
Right? Definitely a wolf. I was waiting for the fox to appear till the end.
The human error of the admin that control the BBC Earth channel
They fixed the title, now ya'll can chill out (and be best friends with the woolfie)
What was the title before?
@@shifty1927 "Arctic Fox"
y'all ever been chased by a person just to get a whooping, now imagine a chase where you're 100% sure you'll die if you get caught. incredible
Stamina. This is why big cats get as close as possible to ambush prey at close range.
and thats why rabbit is mascot of Duracell battery and not Cheetah or Wolf..
Really ?
@@spaceartist1272 ENERGIZER 😡😡😡
I love the energy displayed by the young Caribou. It is not easy to die!
👌👌👍👍
its not easy to live as a arctic wolf (even if we call him as a "fox")
And that, is the difference between a carnivore athlete from a vegan athlete lol carnivores have more power, but vegans have more stamina
@@johnnyboy3357 thats not how any of this works
Guys just comment about how cool the actual video was instead of getting annoyed about one tiny error that they had done in the title. Chill out and enjoy the hunt.
Is that not an Arctic Wolf??? I think the title is wrong lol
Yeah it’s Arctic fox
@@tennisboatt the narrator literally called it an Arctic Wolf
Lol
Sensacional
@JONATHAN SUTCLIFFE it’s definitely a wolf and not a fox
Sir Attenborough's dramatic voice adds more beauty and suspense to the wildlife scene.
I'm always waiting videos on BBC earth 💯🙋♂️
Team notifications on💯✊🏾
Yeah! Bro!
unbelievable calf escape .
That young calf who beat the wolf by stamina strength must have become a star among his mates in the herd :)
That wolf chasing the baby boo was so intense I forgot I was late for work 🤣
the wolf probably contemplates on becoming a grass eater afterwards
Alas, it doesn't have the guts to go through with it!
*Me* 😢😢😢
*Narrator* 2:13 " but the calf has stamina"
*Me* 😊😊😊
Hahaha
Gotta admit the mental image of a fox hunting caribou had me interested and fascinated then...wolf. Oh! That makes alot more sense. Missed an oopsie!
The calf..."uh oh-running out of breath but I-oh I-I got stamina" 😂
I remember watching so many of these documentaries and I was always proud of the wolves catching the herbivore. I watched these for hours as a smaller kid.
This is another reason why wolves are my favoriet animals they never give up but they know when to quit
Interesting no one at BBC would notice such a discrepancy. Unusual for the BBC folks. Still a very good video with excellent videography .
👍👍👍
Yeah right as I noticed
When I read the title I thought well that's ambitious. That's why I'm watching. To see a fox manage to pull it off.
It's a wolf
@@ceciliacarrillo6923 Yup
They changed the title.
I hope sir David Attenborough will live for another decade what a voice!
Always waiting with your voice david 😊😊
Man 2:40 the time when there damn great smile on u face the calf survived 👍👌😋.
Filming from the sky is just incredible
I love nature, animals. I care for the wolf but rooted for the calf..run baby!
BBC never disappoints 👍
Aaah nature is tough!
Foxes are interesting, because they usually hunt alone. This literally looks like a wolf.
Thats because it is a wolf. The title is wrong.
@@oscarlarsson7013 thank you 🙂
Very nice video the animals food cycle always running .....but they don't. Destabilize the Nature. ,'
The stamina saved the baby caribou
Thought this would be a video of an Internet browser hunting a coffee shop. Was pleasantly surprised.
The music the footage the words...... Everything is spectacular in BBC EARTH
That's one hell of a run by the calf. What a stamina for the baby
You get the hardest things easier to pay the price to face much harder things for the rest of your life
its very hard to live like a carnivore unlike herbivore there food is everywhere
Let alone a lone wolf.
News like to use that term to describe... Well you know.
In reality, lone wolves don't survive long in the wild because wolves work better in a pack. Even in packs wolves hunting success rate is only like 30%...
@@AaronShenghao seriously 🤦
Wild dogs in Africa has a success rate of 80 percent
But herbivore is hunted literally as soon as they breath the air.
Predators usually hid their newborns so well, but herbivores usually born in an open space and gotta followed it's mom or being a snack.
well carnivores food is everywhere it just has a tendency to run away
@@rebeccasvec6138 this is tundra not Africa or any tropical forest 😂
That ain't no Arctic Fox, they are half the size of a Red Fox. Arctic Wolf... yes.
Listen closely and you can hear that calf say “not today, bitch” in caribou
BBC Earth My Best Channel Thank you.
aww 🥰 the baby caribous 🦌 are sooo adorable 😊❤️
and delicious, like veal. Wolves in the barren lands actually feed their pups lemmings. Lots of them. Easy to catch real close to the den and an unlimited supple during pup season!!
The Title suggests foxes, they'd never take on prey that big.
My little tabby chases them out of the yard constantly. Wolves, on the other hand.
It's a wolf
Hat off to this amazing storyteller whose voice takes me way deeper in the wildlife
The voice I am addicted to..
Excellent videography! Love the stamina of the baby caribou!
I’m always annoyed when the prey escapes
Absolutely beautiful.
That wolf was grinning in the thumbnail ISTG-
They made a mistake that's a wolf not a fox! When I first read it I was like that must be one bad ass fox!
👍👍👍
1:57 he's a runner he's a trackstar🏃♂️😂😂😂
thank you very much BBC Earth
Amazing filming and beautiful footage
very beautiful and fun to see the nature of the forest and animals in the wild
The scenes in this clip are breathtaking!!
Aww i was rooting for the wolf...
The wolf looks sick
Beautifully filmed, and it seems arctic is very diversed ecosystem ,I like wolves the way they chase.
Damn I wish the US would do something like this. BBC kicks PBS's butt most of the time on quality content
lets all pretend the calf didn't run 5 miles away from its group. good luck surviving lol
I really wish you guys would upload your videos in 4K. 1080p just seems so 2009.
David Attenborough Let’s Celebrate
Baby is lucky. He really want to live
: mother, why did you leave me behind?
: i was busy, sorry.
Sir David Attenborough narrated versions is the best! BBC Planet Earth becomes more interesting because of it, I hope....it will last long for few more episode. Thank you for the hard work Sir David Attenborough and the entire crew. One of the best documentary channel ever!
Wow that calf bolted out of his socks under fartlek conditions. Felt there were a couple of minor stumbles. Margin for error was zero. 👏
Damn that baby caribou put the running sneakers on the wolf
Forsooth I say for the very new generation of mankind, appreciate these kind of sceneries. For in the near future you may not see these anymore. You may only witness metals and wires everywhere.
Thank you
Little dude was cooking and booking LMAO
Your background vocals really unique and remarkable
Wow! Trust Attenborrough to deliver the best👍
BBC the best. Beautiful !!! & sir Attenborough, the voice of the natural world, forever reverberates.
Sir David attenborough ♥️
beautiful footage
One stumble and it's all over!
Amazing really!
WOLF! Bloody Wolf! I thought I was about to see a first!
Seeing him smiling in the thumb, I was literally wondering whether the animals in the wild do that too
They are so adorable 😍
It's a stunning story.
"ThAtS nOt A fOx, HaR hAr HaR"
Really great filming!
Aren’t wolves supposed to be one of the best stamina animals around?
They are
As soon as David Attenborough said the calf has stamina I said out loud to the calf, "Dang! Keep going! You have a full life ahead of you!"
Amazing video,thank you
Its kinda sad that i have never seen a herde that big, great drone-shots!
40 mph over rough terrain, barefoot 😲
Am I the only one who wanted the wolf to win?
never seen this.amazing.nice.
Mashaallah subhaanallah beautiful creations of Allah almighty #royalrecipes
Have a nice day BBC
Yo I’ve never seen anything more intense..🤣 I was rooting for that calf I tell you what
