The thing with domestic cats: their reaction time is incredibly fast, faster than a crocodile and WAY faster than a human. They are small, which grants explosiveness and good agility. They can easily jump away, dodge and hit enemies with insane speed. Edit: some people also mentioned they go for the eyes, which I completely forgot. It's true. Cats are able to identify an animal's eyes, they communicate with each other using eye winks and paired with their speed and agility they can do a lot of damage to the eyes.

The only way a croc can hunt a Hippo is when it's dead, Two Hippo bulls go at it and the loser is severely injured and is going to die; the crocs knew it was going to die but they were not fools to take a bite it while it's still alive but only when it's surely dead like a vulture.

I went to shoo him with the broom but he wouldn't move so i tried again a bit harder, this time he jumped on my face, knocked down in mud and it was on.
