  • VW TIGUAN TDI 143ch.
    ECU: EDC17c46.
    year : 2015.
    On this video i gonna to show you the step for kill the dpf system on VW Tiguan TDI, this can be a solution if your DPF make DTC fault, if you have high fuel consumption, if you loose power....
    With this solution you will never have any dpf problem again, the car will breathe like baby, you will lower fuel consumption.
    After delete DPF you need to flash the engine control module with new file.
    For read original file you need tools, there is different expensive tool, but if you use it for your own car and don't want to spend a lot of money you can use for example K-tag or kess v2. K-tag is only for bdm bench.. (ecu removed from the car) and kess v2 can do OBD and bench (not same car list than k-tag)
    You can find Tools on aliexpress:
    Kess v2 + K-tag

    Only Kess v2

    Hello, I wanted to ask Mall I also did 1.9TDI with my Touran but the problem is now with me it squeaks like a turbo I wanted to ask you if it squeaks with you too because as I have seen the dpf filter has expanded everything I also did the same as you did. Please tell me whether you now have a squeak when idling and in first gear and in second gear
    thanks in advance 🙏🏻

      Hello, thanks you for your question. I don't have any squeaks. No noise. No turbo hiss (whistle) absolutely nothing because I didn't broke the catalyst, only DPF. On 1.9 tdi you can have noise if you have full off no cata no DPF. You can also check if your turbo gasket is leaking or no. Gas leak can do noise as squeaks turbo.

    Very good video. Thank you for sharjng it. I have two questions. Can I remove only the part off the filter core in order to make my dpf functional? Can the dpf be removed from the ECU with a regular diagnostic tool?

    • @nocturneindustrie
      @nocturneindustrie  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, thanks, you can do just a hole but, this is not good idea for long time. Because other part inside DPF can broke with time and stay blocked inside. Best way is cut DPF and remove all. And never back again to this part. And diagnostic tool can't remove DPF. only programming tool can read write ECU flash. After read ECU flash, you need to program a file without DPF function.

    Hey man. Great video!
    I have this same issue with my 2009 passat tdi and has been forced into limp mode. I am going to remove the metalic substance from the DPF manifold.
    Question. If i remove the metalic substance, can i leave the system run as per normal? (Can i remove the metalic substance, and then take my car to a repair shop to have them do a manual regeneration clean. Will this take my car out of limp mode and allow the system to run as per normal?)

    • @nocturneindustrie
      @nocturneindustrie  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, if you remove what is inside the DPF, you need to desactivate DPF system inside the ECU. if you don't do that, the engine limp light will turn on, you will loose power. DPF delete and regeneration is 2 different things. first can temporary solve a problem and second solve the problem for life.

      Hello, who removed the DPF ? Garage ? the problem became just after the dpf off. It was Removed by programming and deleted totally from the car ? Because many garage say DPF removed but they do only the programming and let the car with DPF and after a few time Dpf will block the air flow. Some possibility is
      1 DPF not removed
      2 The programming is wrong
      3 Check your EGR maybe the system is blocked (open)

    I am planning to get a passat 2.0 TDI B7 125kw CFGB 2012.
    The car works normally, pull fine, but I'm thinking of turning off the DPF and EGR as a precaution. Is the same procedure as on the Tiguan from this video possible?
    I guess I need to do a software shutdown of the EGR and DPF.
    I'm just afraid of the increase in temperature in the cylinders, due to EGR being turned off? Is it dangerous for the turbo and the engine itself? I am asking for a clear answer. Thanks in advance.

      Hello yes i'm based in France. I can advise you, if you delete EGR, your DPF will have more short life, and if you delete DPF, you will need to delete ADblue. You can only keep catalysor..The bad story of EGR is often because people delete DPF and let EGR on. ON your model if you delete DPF, you need also to delete EGR. Hello, If the car can be fixed for only 60e why he didn't fix himself before to sell the car ? Better to do diagnostic of all the ECU of the car and then take decision. New DPF cost. Delete dpf around 300/400e. Regeneration with diagnostic around 80e. But regeneration don't work always and it's not long term solution. It depend about ho much kilometers the car have and the DPF have. It depend if you turbocharger is in good condition. Etc...
