- This Honda Integra got a full dry ice blast, then we detailed this JDM legend inside and out, finishing with a fresh paint protection film on the front, and ceramic coating all around, including the wheels.

I miss my old DC2 teg type r. Had a black 99 model, exactly the same as this. Unfortunately it was stolen in 2009😭 What a fantastic little legend.👍

Every time I look with envy at these chassis from sunny California. In our weather conditions and on roads sprinkled with salt, such a condition is unheard of in older cars.

+1 Try driving one in Ireland. I live on a giant sponge in the Atlantic. My JDM Teg is more anti rust wax than car 😬. That's a very nice example. The German plates are interesting. Is it a US car or a German import, or a US car with Euro bits? I say that because it has the European rear lights and Recaros and Honda badging which the US models didn't get(though it has Acura mats so maybe not). With the crazy prices for them in the US I've long wondered why American buyers didn't look to mainland Europe(LHD) for cheaper examples(15-20k) rather than Japan which are RHD and 20K plus.
@@MrGrentch the Japanese barely drive their vehicles. I have seen so many JDM examples with mileage that would be unheard of anywhere else. I bought a 92 lite ace gxl rhd turbo diesel and it was immaculate with only 60k kilometers.

Such a beautiful piece of automotive simplicity and excellence. The Integra and other early Acuras were amazing cars.
Love to see Integras and Preludes done simple like this. Body mostly stock, but performance is top.
They're icons and considered classics now, they deserve restoration and preservation.
Holy crap, that dry ice does wonder to car detailing. That Integra is also fine art. Black paint is so indredibly hard to keep clean.
The swirls are the worst in black
Lovely work lads! Such a sweet thing the Integra was, from a time when designers still knew that sometimes less is waaaay more. Now most (not all) vehicle designs are either hyper angry or hyper comical, particularly on shitty crossovers.
It seems we’ve sort of lost the elegance of “simple.” Takes a special kind of mind to create, and enjoy, “less is more”
I saw this car at wekfest LA this year!! Had to look thru my photo gallery and recognized the signed spark plug wire cover as well as the signed valve cover. Thing was ridiculously clean👍 didn’t know it got this treatment, lucky!
Would really like a 20 min step-by-step the shows each product and what it does. It would be great to see a small (10-second) clip of the before-and-after with each product, then the end result of it all together in the showroom. Am particularly interested in knowing the paint correction products as well as the different protection levels like ceramic vs wax, especially. Thanks so much for the GREAT videos that show the incredible work that goes into each vehicle!

Stunning. That black finish is so clean and beautiful that it almost looks silver in certain shots. Talk about a mirror finish!

In my opinion, they just make these cars undriveable. These cars are too clean now to be driven on dirty roads. I've never seen any detailing like this before. Hats off!

2 questions please :
1) Have you ever had electronic/electric problems after using dry ice, specially in the engine bay ?
2) Do you have a dryer on your dry ice system and what kind of compressor / specs do you use ?

1) no we haven’t any problems with electric so far
2) yes we have a dryer, it is necessary to have it and very very important because if the air is not perfectly dry then the ice is mixing with moisture and becoming softer and doesn’t work. We have 30hp compressor (140cfm and 125psi) and 200gallon air tank.

I never seen the rear swaybar mounted like that without a subframe brace
It might have had a Type R subframe installed, they're beefier. I'm pretty certain this car is a GSR though, seeing as it has a sunroof.
How many "Dry Ice" hours did this compact car/job require and what was the shop rate? Does the Dry Ice shop offer any under coatings?

The grime isn’t, while there sometimes is a factory protection. Most of our cars live their lives in California, so it’s not a real concern, and if it is, we offer a refresh of the factory protection if our customers would like

What color black is it
Its a special one!!!! Originally from honda it would have been "nighthawk black" but this car isnt original. Its had extensive work before these guys took credit for giving it a polish. Its had a total nut and bolt rebuild and full respray.. hence why simple giveaways stand out a mile to me.. it does look amazing but far far far from original. The previous owner has spent endless hours making this thing a one off. But if u know u know
