Thank you so much! Yes I agree, I needed to order a new set. The first attempt I also installed too close. The markings on those to line up with fender well are often mistaken on dc2 and db8. I believe the knotch in vinyl to line up … is to line up with db8 door line vs the dc2 fender. I could be mistaken but after my research and looking at others install too close this is what I went with.
Such a good/hard question to answer! The driver experience is amazing and raw. I’m a big fan of how agile it is. Aside from that just super nostalgic to own and overall a joy to work on. Aesthetically pleasing & with shape / size / weight to power ratio what’s not to love.

My understanding is that all ITRs had five lug wheels? I know my 1998 had that. That was a USDM car. Is the JDM ITR a 4 lug hub? Is this a real ITR?
All USDM ITR had 5 lug.
As for JDM … All 96 spec were 4 lug w/ 15” wheel. 98’ spec all came 5 lug w/ 16” wheel ✔️

Handling torque response steering. Just some of the few things that I love about my dc2 R
