Fast-Food Thai Fried Chicken: Crispy and Very Tasty

I suggest making Thai-style fried chicken like in fast food restaurants.
The drumsticks will have a light and crispy crust made with rice flour. They be very tasty with the lemongrass and the spices.

2 lemongrass
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
¾ cup rice flour
½ cup water
