Awesome video man, I was going to order a 6.5 long arm with my tax return lol. But just going to go with a 3 inch on 33s, lockers and rock sliders. 6.5 long arm is just to pricy for my likings haha.
33s with no lift definitely looks the best! I have a 97 2-door XJ. Should I try for a 2.5 lift, cut fenders and wheel spacers/wider rims with bump stops and maybe 35 inch tires?
Can’t wait for the next build/update. I decided to go with IRO 3”(3.5”) long arm kit with 35” tires and OTK steering upgrade. Been telling people who are scared to put 33s on their already lifted Jeep about your channel and running 33s with no lift.
What are the measurements from fender top to cut? I've got a 99 on 3.5" lift, but I have made any fender cuts cuz I'm looking for measurements that are suitable before trying and fucking up lol. Sick rig to man I'm impressed you fit the 33x12.5 tires man that thing looks beast.
Hey Mike. How are you doing? Thanks for the info. I got a XJ that i whan't to start mods on, but i don't whan't to get crazzy.... I Will take your some of your advice. Thanks Mike take care. How did collage go?
Aldo Gonzalez I’m not 100% sure but I think you’ll still have to cut quite a bit I did minimal trimming necessary so people cut way more, check out the video I made on how I cut it 🤙🏽
Change your breaklines? I lifted 4-4.5 inches, on my 33's. And i never changed my break lines lol. Even in full flex they have a small amount of wiggle
On the street it’s not too bad you can definitely notice a difference but it’s livable, as far as off-roading would definitely be better with lower gears for more torque, but as you can see from my vids it’s definitely doable
@@MikeThrillz thanks for the reply. I really want to put 33s on mine but I don’t want the hassle of regearing, so I’m on the fence, lol. I currently run 31s and everything works, so maybe I shouldn’t tempt fate, lol.
@@officialWWM depends on what axle you have, I have the 8.25 and it’s held up with the abuse I’ve given it, at the same time I don’t go banging of the rev-limiter either… so there is risk when off-roading but if your easy in the gas and don’t do to hardcore of a trail you should be fine.
Jeepin Daily what I did is I messaged the admins and asked if it was cool, as long as it’s off-road related I don’t think they’ll boot you. If they absolutely don’t want that just join all the other pages that allow it
Dude you know your stuff! Well built rig. Love your style
Cool set up man!!!!.... I've watched your videos and the XJ does great!!!.... Low center of gravity and good flex....good job man🤘
Chris Mckeen thanks man! Appreciate it! 🤙🤙
how was your drive with 33s no lift? i'm about to do the same thing

Bought an xj thanksgiving weekend and call it RTR. ready to rollover
Brian Yannuzzi thats an epic name! 😂

Dusty Steele that’s what I’m gonna be doing pretty soon 2in budget boost and 35s lol
@@MikeThrillz I just bought a 99 XJ with a 3.5 lift already installed. So do you think I can squeeze in some 35s in there eventually?
@@davidtrevino5211 if he answered my question of fitting 35s with a 2 inch lift then fitting 35s under a 3.5 inch lift should be no problem.

You think a set of rough country shocks will work they extend 24.65 the collapse length is 14.82 they are for 3.5” - 4.5” lift

Awesome do what works for you and your budget!!
Got a 97 Jeep Cherokee running 31s on 15x10 rims with a lvl kit it don’t rub nor anything how much would I need to cut to run 33s?

JustAFluffy yes I did!! I got brake lines for a 6in lift, I had to get them cause it flexes good enough that it will rip the stick ones lol
What gears are your rig?
What size bump stops did you use on rear of your jeep
Diddy Kick113 i just used the bare DPG bump stop plate and stock bump stops
Now you need a 2 inch lift and happiness. Cost 99 bucks.
Gerald Wagster well she only rides like shit on the road, which I never really drive her in the street. Once I deflate ride quality is better lol
Awesome brow!!!!
Headliner, man! lol
DB PepperHead yeah... it’s on the to do summer list! 😂😂😂
Hi! Wheels specs please... Offset...

How does it drive with stock gears?

@@MikeThrillz thanks. Yeah, I never go crazy places. I’m more of an overlander than a hardcore off-roader. Thanks for your advice.
Are you running wheel spacers
Devon Cundiff Nope, no spacers
The Unibody Wheeler I knew I forgot something!! Backspacing is 3.75
With the background noise and music cant here anything any way
nice rig, study hard, get A's!
john lopes thanks!!! And I graduated on the 18th!! 🤘🤘
@@MikeThrillz awesome, congratulations
john lopes thanks! Just career searching now so I can support this addiction lol
Might just be me but seems like he has little sugar in his pants
👍👍
I like you.
Oof. Tell me your secret for these views lol

You have no know movement in those shocks! Can’t be helping off-road with 2 inch shock travel...
