Airplane Parking in Reverse

An ATR 72-500 airplane parks using reverse thrust at Caticlan-Boracay airport back during the days in the old ramp.

I remember the first time seeing this (and not knowing that it can be done).
It was in Tacloban. A company ATR parked to our right. Nothing out of the ordinary.
They finished their boarding before us, all set to depart. I heard them start their engines... and then they moved backwards. My mind was blown.

An A380 can land on Mactan, but it cannot fit in with the terminal.

@@azlaygaultier904 Yes it can land on Mactan but terminal cannot accommodate it...there is a vid of an An225 landed on mactan
