Great vid and super nice to have the sun break through! Spent 4 days at Targhee in 2020. Great time with fresh snow and fresh tracks 3 of the 4 days. Last day there was a 24" dump but vis was very challenging. Luckily I had been there for 3 days and knew my way around. My favorite area was headwall and good/bad/ugly as it held so much snow...looks like you found the good everywhere! I want to go back and check it out with the new lift opening up.

Nothing like some POW to heal up that hip :) Surprised that even with those thick tires they had some trouble gripping. Can't imagine what it'd be like without them though! 😅 I appreciate all the positivity even with all the craziness you went through this weekend 💪
hah exactly peter! it was a nice recovery day! and yeah i was a bit surprised too but it really was super icy trying to get out! i need to get myself a pair of chains because then with chains and those tires, i shouldnt have a problem at all! and thank you man!! the only thing i can do is stay positive. really appreciate your support man!

Another gem of content, this channel is going places, keep up the hardwork. I've been at Jackson Hole multiple times but failed to get over to Grand Targhee, but after seeing the killer runs in this video I need to get my butt up there next season for sure.

Dude I was there earlier this season for a few days and I was looking for videos on it and only found a couple decent ones. This is the first one I've seen of actually good editing, b-roll, etc. Awesome vid👌

That is such a fun resort. I saw the last video when you fell and slid down the mountain on the rocks. Same thing happened to me at Sun Valley a couple weeks ago I skied on a ice patch and I just fell and slid like 40 feet it wasn't fun.
ah man bummer dude! hopefully you are okay! i think we get jaded to the dangers of skiing as we do it more, so its always a good reminder that skiing is a dangerous activity!
@@LucasCatania17 Oh yeah. They've saved me and others I've stopped to help quite a few times from a long dig out in mud, snow, and sand. I don't have a winch on the FJ either, so it's a nice piece of mind to have them when out on trails or camping without another vehicle that could be used to get pulled out with.
A little hint... If after driving a long while, your tires get warm, and then you stoop on snow covered parking spot the warm tires will melt the snow and then will ice up. Simply move forward after a few minutes of letting the tires cool and then the snow will not melt under the tires and then you won't have the ice under the tires like you're having on this video.
