My son came to be my caregiver after I had surgery. I have been blessed and am recovering nicely. My doctors are dedicated to their patients. It took awhile, but I'm doing good. As a special treat for me, once in awhile, is when my son comes home from getting groceries, he stops by McDonald's and gets me a Big Mac. Yes, I still love them. 😂😂 So, this will be a fun recipe. My favorite recipes are the ones for the slow cooker. Catherine has the best slow cooker recipes on you tube love them. I have made the Salisbury steak recipe many times and it is so good.

Back in the early 90s, I attended culinary school in Pittsburgh. I figured since I love to cook it would be a good fit. For me, all it did was make me so self conscious about the cooking process, something I never was, that it was taking away my enjoyment from it all. I decided I'd rather be just a good home cook instead so I dropped out after 6 months and went to nursing school. It took me about a year to enjoy cooking again like I did before. Your recipes and style of cooking is the way I enjoy doing things in the kitchen. Oh!, and nursing never interfered with my love of cooking.

Your tater tot I had hash browns so I used it for the Big Mac it was good I just have to use what I have and left over thank you so much I just love and appreciate you and your family your recipes are such a big hit
I made the noodle bake except I used ziti noodles instead of the egg noodles! Oh my gosh - I'm hooked! One of my favs & will definitely add to my meal rotation!

I love onions, so I will be adding more of those to the Salisbury Steak.
Totally agree with onions. I like mushrooms too. And (for my family) it’s mandatory to serve with mashed potatoes and peas.
