You should wash your egg shells and allow to air dry can use in cleaning recipes; I use mine in my garden to add calcium. Or maybe save them for a friend who has a garden

I can live with music during an introduction, but when you are all-in on your presentation and telling us what to do, please pretty please with sugar on top, do not put any music on top of your dialogue track. We are trying to pay attention to the audio and the video, and the music (no matter what it is) is distracting. I ask this of other YT hosts who do it too, so I am not picking on you. Whether the host is telling what an airplane crashed or how to do home repairs or how to cook food, the music just gets in the way. Thank you.

I always just eat a frozen Salisbury steak dinner when I get the craving (which is often), but you have me rethinking that. Why didn't you make the gravy in the pan that you seared the burger in? Wouldn't you get at least some additional flavor by deglazing that pan? I'm a liver and onions kind of guy, so all those onion strings have me salivating! You actually have me wondering what fried mushrooms would taste like with liver. Sorry went off on a tangent there. Cooks always talk about corn starch making lumps like it's a minor thing.....but it ain't! If you don't add it as you described, it forms, what I call, pusstual blobs that are REALLY hard to deal with and just nasty to look at. Yuck!
