This has been a lifesaver with draining the booster I just got, thank you! If we wanted to do the face, legs, and arms drainage, what order would you recommend? Legs, arms, then face? Or face, arms, then legs? Thank you!
Hi I think this is a great way for the lymphatic drainage. I have just one arm that was operated in after breast surgery to remove under the armpit 4 lymph nodes but only 1 did not have the cancer. My arms have been very swollen and honestly this type of dry brushing is great and feels great after I complete your instructions. Thank you very much for your youtube and physical help. Bobbie Melone
I also loved learning about the "watersheds" and the importance of opening that area up! It makes so much sense to imagine as if you're moving the fluid down into your artpits. This was great! Thank you
My lymphodema seems to become progressively worse I seen one on the right side of my shoulder to the far left a lump a lymphnode lump I've used castor oil I've brushed and it just wants to be bigger * what's happening.. is the ir anything more I can do ..
My right arm gets so tired. I do this daily, multiple times, and my hand is getting hardened and painful. Even my daughter massages my arm still progresses to later stage lymphedema. Waiting on a pump from my insurance company. 😢
I wish I can do this, it looks so simple! But my skin is so sensitive to the touch and then everything start itching for me like insects crawling under my skin, it's awful. I started vitamin D now, but I can't find a reason why I'm so sensitive to the touch. it could be my hypersensory disorder from my adhd, idrk.
I was worried about the same thing when I saw the video as my skin also reacts to the same as yours. It for sure will become so itchy. Not sure if it is related but possibly because I also do have skin writing disorder? So yeah I would not try this.
