I had an hour or so to walk on the southern part of the boardwalk, and the inlet rock jetty, and the fishing pier in Ocean City, Maryland over the weekend.
There's no way that's still the same Randy that was doing those sand sculptures back in the 70's and 80's. He was amazing and he even painted the front of the Venus Theater on Worcester St. Sitting on the wall next to Gentleman Jim's arcade and watching little blonde haired Sandy in the ticket booth. We could hear all of the music from all of the rides. Late 70's and early 80's were the best of times and the worst of times, but totally unforgettable. Thank you so much for the decent video. Brought back lots of memories. I actually watched this gain and caught you saying you were finishing your RN studies. Thank you so much for your work caring for others. Without you and those like you, we would be lost.
Thanks for the video. My brother and family went to oc every summer. The memories from the 80s are unforgettable. Old cigarette machines. Bike rentals.
Thank you for this video . I especially liked the rock jetty. We were there just last week and I didn’t get to go on that. It was worth the 1.00 to go out to the end of the jetty. Very cool. The locks on the pier are symbolic of love relationships. I believe the tradition may have started in Europe. Locks of love ? Something like that. I like the Jesus loves you locks, the most secure love relationship ❤️ .
Was just there from July 26th thru the 31st! I tipped the water jug tip jag for the sand statues! We always do every summer I think they’re so beautiful especially at night
This video is so sweet. My husband and I traveled over 400 miles to go to ocean city Maryland every year for a week except last year due to covid situation. Anyways last time we went we stood at the Rock jetty and the dolphins were so close you could almost touch them 😊

What about the crime? I have been reading seriously scary stuff and I am handicapped. I cant run. Should I go or is it too dangerous? Considering going in July.
I am not going to Ocean City what's wrong with smoking on the boardwalk if you don't like the cigarette smoking don't go around it but don't tell me what I can and can't do on the boardwalk I don't want nothing to do with you people and I don't want to see the face of a cop

Over 10 million people visit here every year, and for the amount that visit, the crime rates are very low. It's very "family friendly".
Love OC but fyi 2 friends went to the purple Moose and both got covid.
