I'm going to attempt to rebox the pipes around 2 of the toilets at my house. They previously looked lovely and were tiled but we had leaks and the plumber smashed them to pieces to get to the pipes!!! This is a great idea to tidy the area up but still allowing access if required!! Great job. Looked simple enough, but let's see!!
This is fab! Just one question though…. My toilet isn’t in an alcove, like yours is. It’s in a corner, so this idea would work for the internal corner but I’d need to put an end on the other side as there is no wall to butt it up against….
I scribe it and cut it with Jigsaw Initially cut the panel piece to largest measurement, then offer it on against the toilet and scribe it with the pencil. Cut away scribed part save then repeat it. Scribe, cut,.. until it fits perfect
Idea of using hinge is brilliant! 👍🏻
Thanks Mr Anonymous

It should be easier to make it for that scenario. It could be made as rigid boxing not collapsible.
Thank you. 😊
I wish I could get you to do mine, that looks really good.
Thanks 👍
Thank you so much, Exactly what i needed
You're welcome
Well done !
Thanks
Great idea ,thanks 👍

Bonjour
Quelle bois as tu utilisé ?
Hi, I have used MDF ( medium density fibreboard)( panneau de fibres de densité moyenne)
Cheers 👍🙂
Quelle épaisseur ?
@@alexandreg8767 18mm
Thank you😀
Cheers 👍🙂
Hi how would you do cover if pipe is higher than the rest
I'm not quite sure what do you mean. Soil pipe is a toilet discharge pipe and it is always low down.
Great idea
Thanks
So simple and so effective
Thanks
Great idea that
Thanks
How do you cut round the toilet mine is not straight down it curves I've tried doing template but still get it wrong
I scribe it and cut it with Jigsaw
Initially cut the panel piece to largest measurement, then offer it on against the toilet and scribe it with the pencil. Cut away scribed part save then repeat it. Scribe, cut,.. until it fits perfect
Genius
Why did not hide the pipe into the wall?
The pipe had to go that way. The wall behind is same thickness as the pipe so it couldn't be chased into the wall
That is smart
Thanks👍🙂
