- What’s up everyone I hope you all are doing good and Happy New Year to you all. This video will be showing the complete look after I finished painting all chrome pieces on my car and also the roof. I hope you all enjoy the video!!! #countryboymodz #spraypaint #nissan
All Spray paint purchased at home depot
Rustoleum: Automotive Primer ( three cans )
Rustoleum Black: gloss high performance paint ( four cans )
Rust oleum Gloss Clear Coat ( two cans )
VHT Nightshade Spray Tint purchased at O’ Rileys for $20.
Sanding sponge and masking tape purchased from Dollar tree.
I already had the plastic cling cover and brown paper which can be purchased from Walmart
Total amount I spent was around $94.00 and that’s definitely not a bad price to get this look compared to paying a $1000 to get it done.

Man that is dope. Took some serious balls to go through with this. I did this before on a truck I had. I don't think I have the guts to try it on the Altima. Hard to get paint to stay on chrome for a long time. I actually opened up my headlights and blacked out the insides and removed the reflectors for the turn signals and blacked out the underneath. I still have the lights. Sold the truck and never used them but they are so pretty I could not sell them.
Nice it definitely took some guts with this one. I was nervous the entire time but it came out good and that’s the next project opening up the headlights

Dont mean to rain on your parade Bro they sell BLACKOUT KITS for ALL your trims and blackout covers for the side mirrors EBAY pretty much has blackouts for everything you painted! It was tough to watch you paint your roof and trims with spray paint ! The sun and the elements gonna eat that paint up quick!!!! You pretty much gotta touch that up regularly! Good job tho!
lol appreciate it and yeah I knew that they did during the time and I could’ve just used vinyl wrap but i went with what I knew and saved a grand in my pocket. It’s been holding up very well since I did it though and has survived the sun with no issues and I did do the top over on another video right after this to fix the tiger stripes but I tell you what trial and error is a great teacher.

I personally would’ve left the wheels alone. Those stock are gorgeous.
I have a ‘21 SR Turbo in Sunset Drift - I already have it all blacked out w/10% tint all around (all done professionally, though), but left the wheels alone. I like the contrast too much and they stand out in a menacing way especially with my orange paint.
Nice the stocks are nice but didn’t go with my color scheme so I painted them black and with the sunset color it does stand out the stock normal way… but that’s what makes the best about this getting to see other great minds color scheme their Altima

This blackout is niceee. The front bottom spoiler, the sides and the front grill painted black all looks nice. I just purchased my first car Nissan sentra 2022 sr in the monarch orange and black and I think it would look amazing with your mods. I wish you could do mine
Thanks appreciate it and I think it would look good with yours and I know you have just look around and use different universal parts and measuring tape will be your best friend getting the right length. Also I got most of my stuff from Amazon and Walmart online. One day I will be able to do other people cars.
For my silver 2019 Altima, you kind sir inspired me to also blackout the roof, mirrors, door handles, grills, emblems & rims... It looks ABSOLUTELY GREAT the silver & black look and been getting mad props from everyone every day in the street!!! Never would've thought about it if not seeing your video as silver & black goes GREAT together ;-) !!!
You’re welcome glad I was able to show the potential this car has with looks. Silver and black does look great on this car especially the white and black. I got more planned for the look soon coming up.

Dope bro! I have a 2018 SR Midnight Edition and I wanted to do my roof black but I decided to just put my order in for the 2022 Altima SR Midnight and everything you did on yours is on the new one from factory. Even down to the smoked taillights

ayyy my boy, i'd say get some black window louvers for the gap in the back window. i have the same front lip, and a black cover for the chrome U in the grille and my emblem as well

I love the different color stitching it gives it more of a sports feel but honestly i really hate all the orange in it but I’m not sure if i can change it. The stitching and the lights, Any advice?
Thanks appreciate it and when I got this in 2020 I only wanted to two colors which was black and silver…I chose black originally but the silver just popped more and I changed it up
@@TheRealCountryBoyModz do you have any suggestions on the orange lighting in it? I wanna change it but I’m not sure if anybody can do that, as for the stitching I’ll figure that out on my own. But orange really isn’t my color.
@@aaelexa as far as the orange accent lighting on the knobs and everywhere else it’s all built into the boards of those items but the center console and other interior lights can be changed to LEDs. I actually matched up el wire to match those orange lights and installed LEDS in my car. Also I have videos showing everything as far as how to do these things on my page for reference if needed. If you know someone who is good at soldiering there may be a chance you can change the color of the orange lights

The dude better hope that paint has a hardener in it. If not, it will peel right off... He also better hope no-one hits him from the back end because it will automatically be considered his fault for altering the lense. Just sayin...
The dude definitely made sure the paint was hardened and clear coated as well and it did not peel off at all and still was on before it was sold. True statement about the tailights with some insurance but the lights are well visible from any distance and in any weather plus they are LED and cleared by law enforcement plus Nissan engineers had the smoked….Although the dude just sold the car and it looked even better no faded paint. Just saying 😂 lol but definitely good points though 💪🏿
Got a 22 Sentra SR bout 3 months ago and I love it granted it is my first car but I thought I would have outgrown it a little fast but doesn’t seem like that’s a problem for now

Shit, that turned out better than I expected. Great job my man, making me consider doing that to my 2023 SR. Wish they added more black chrome from the factory, so I may try to do that.

Just got a black 2020 a couple weeks ago. Put black wheels on. Thinking about doing a Chrome delete also bought the LED light kit you posted up as well.

Dope project man! I saw a similar looking silver one recently in my area and it had the underbody skirts and psm style rear spoiler - looked really slick bro. Maybe you looking to add those mods to take it up a notch?! I have the same car in super black if you recall and looking to do some minor stuff to it too. Might have to give that gas pedal trick a try for better acceleration from your other vid. It's a bit sluggish right from the jump.

@@TheRealCountryBoyModz nah I feel you . I have this same car and was literally thinking of doing the same myself in similar areas of the car. While you spent around 100 bucks . The labor and patience it takes to do this is fairly great. I’m learning process ofcourse but an awesome start 🙏🏽

No it’s not as long as you leave it where other vehicles can see you hit brakes still three light coats is all you need
