i wouldn‘t set the tension too high, otherwise you can change the motor bearings after 20-30 flights! i did set it pretty „loose“ so that i could achieve 50-55° or so…
@@GrimesRic have to try fly longer on my 4000. I have almost 3,8V on cells after 3:30min flight with timer - unfortunately i dont have that cool telemetry! :)

I have just installed the same belt as you. How tight you have the belt? Can you get like 45 degrees angle on it between the pulley and pinion?
