great tips as always, man! I have a question about head positioning, do we put our forehead to the ground or the area a little bit higher, kinda where scalp starts? And is it okay to use some kind of padding when doing that? Thanks!

It's just that I have seen some people do headstands standing on their forehead and look completely ok and painless, however I cant figure that whole thing out. When I try to keep my neck neutral it hurts my head, but I doont know, maybe I just need to keep practicing and I will try that chin tuckin thing. Thank you anyway :)
