    In this video I address how the staggered stance or split stance in your legs can help you with fin balance while learning how to do a handstand.
    In this video I address the RING ROW from an extended body position, which naturally tends to lead into a kipping motion.

    You have fantastic balance. I was watching your hands while you balanced and almost no movement there. Respect.

    This movement is just what I have been looking for, this should be fun to apply. Feeling stable handstand walking, wanting to find balance and control. Perfect addition to wall holds. This should help in finding balance when pressing up from the floor.

    Fantastic tips! I need to remember to keep it slow moving. Just joined crossfit and my younger days of breakdancing gave me a little head start on skills. But always trying to "hit the beat" put a fast tempo on my handstand movements. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast, fast is easy. Thanks for the vids, they are quite helpful.

    Nice tips. I know a very good gymnast who always goes into her handstand like this but I've always gone for straight up. Going to be giving it a try tonight.

    hey Carl very informative and cool video!! I've a question for you: While you do an handstand do you suggest looking to the ground for balance? I dont care that much about a gymnastic perfect line handstand, I just want to balance on my hands and hold it.

    • @iamcarlpaoli
      @iamcarlpaoli  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Look at the ground. Try keeping your ears in line with your shoulders

    Hey Carl, as always great instructions...l have got few questions for you..I want to learn and perfect free handstand so i want to know
    1. Can we do the handstand any time of the day Or we must not do it after having any meal for atleast 2-3 hrs as it involves inversion ?
    2. If we want to practice multiple times in a day then what about warmup, should we do warmup of wrist and shoulders each time before attempting Handstand. or we can do it straightaway? Please advise.

    • @iamcarlpaoli
      @iamcarlpaoli  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      1. handstand whenever you want and however feels comfortable and you can maximize your practice.
      2. The more you handstand the less "warm up" required.
