I’m gonna assume the results are temporary unless you do this every day? I think I’m gonna do this during the summer months when I’m wearing tighter clothes lol . I lost about 50lbs this year w/ diet and exercise but my belly has loose skin from my first pregnancy and no matter how small I get it never completely goes away. 😩
