it's beautiful! I think everything was done perfectly! Sure wish I could afford to purchase her. How about a trade? We have a 19 foot Caladonia Yawl which is really special, but I'd love to have a sailboat with a cabin!

To bad Balboa's leak around that swing keel nut. Bad design. Used to own a Balboa 26.

***** I didn't have a trailer. First few years I sailed mostly in the river systems of the San Joaquin Delta east of San Francisco. Used the swing keel quite a bit unless I stayed in the deep water channel or the SF Bay. I lived aboard that little boat for five years. Had a ball. Taught myself to sail well enough I spent a year sailing up and down the west coast, Alaska & Mexico. Just myself and Captain Morris.... a big orange striped cat.
