    I am 67 years old, in central Florida and discovered your lessons while searching for different masters on line. I really am very content with how simple your lessons are . easy to follow and execute . Other masters on line are too chatty for my taste . you get right down to it.     Thanks Jake, I am a 32 year old British man ,W/ a nasty head injury, that was awesome I think I will continue to use your videos as I have a poor memory, I have been doing tai-chi since I was 19, I like doing tai-chi so much it has even replaced music in my favourite things to do

    Hi Jake I have been practicing tai chi for about 3.5 years now. I attend a class once a week at my local community college. We practice Yang style and many of the forms that you demonstrate are from that style. Love your videos and your teaching is excellent.     By God, you help me alot, I lost my weight and my OCD. I have follow you this week from your channel " Tai Chi Chuan", my weight from 107 kg last tuesday (December,19/17), then I lost 2 kg just for two days. Today, my weight 104 kg. I will keep up untill my ideal weight is 70 kg. Thank you. May God bless you.

      Greetings. My guess is that these excercises by bringing calm, lets to get rid of some stress, so this makes body less acidic, and helps lose extra weight.

    20 Minute Tai Chi Routine on the Beach. Follow along with me during this 20 minute Tai Chi Chuan lesson on the beach of Mexico. I have been practicing authentic traditional Tai Chi Chuan also referred to as Tai Ji Quan for almost 20 years and teaching Tai Chi for over 15 years. Whenever I can I prefer to practice Tai Chi in nature especially near waterfalls, mountain tops, rivers, forests, and on the ocean. Tai Chi is good to practice everyday and you can use this video as a Tai Chi warm up or Tai Chi cool down before or after your workout!     Thanks to you & yogini Nichole. I’m a beginner TaiChi student (about 3-4 weeks - when I was younger I did a lot of yoga) and you are the 3rd TH-cam Tai instructor I’ve found. I like all 3 but your lessons are the most challenging so far. That last posture that you said can be difficult wasn’t too bad. One prior where we were essentially walking 10 feet in each direction was a bit hard to keep up with though. Thank you again.

    Love your videos. I just turned 69, I’m a jogger, but thought tai chi would be a great compliment. I’m struggling to remember the moves, especially some of the complicated moves. Being a retired hygienist and used to working in a mirror I wondered if you turned your back to audience so we could follow you the same way you move, that way would help. Just an observation.     I am teaching online (adult learners) due to covid, planning to have my students do this in class next week. They are tired of sitting in front of a computer (and I don't blame them one bit) so we are going to get up and move! And a number of them have kids who will hopefully join in too.     Hello, I am a beginner, trying this for the VERY first time. Have you ever thought about filming yourself from behind instead of the front? That way the viewer wouldn't have to try and reverse every movement, making your instructions much easier to follow. Either way my friend I enjoyed your video, and plan on practicing with you many more times. 😀 Thank you for taking time to make it!
