    Hi Patrick. First, Happy birthday to your dad! Second, good video. As a FOE owner, I’ve received the cease email for roadside assistance but not the one about what I paid for (e.g., winter package, Hollywood mode, etc.). I have to say I’m out. Going over to the Honda Prologue. Working on a deal now. I feel bad for you and other One owners and the investors. I truly wanted to believe but, enoughs enough with the Fiskers. I still plan to follow you and look forward to more content from you.

      ah thank you so much I´ll pass trough the wishes. Interessting that you didn´t recived the email with the extra payed for I hope that wasn´t a scam but there been people confirming it, too. I still keep the car because the looses to big to sell it need to say to get another good car would be another 50k on top again...

    Fisker has to keep sending the noteholder new budgets, Fisker has to continuously satisfy the noteholder and cut expenses. Hopefully this will be reversed after an acquisition or partnership approved. Thumbs Up video/ comments. Thanks.

    I lost a ton of money investing in Fisker. You lost a ton of money buying their car. I knew this guy was a sc*m artist when I saw his video where he introduced the first Solid State Battery. He showed off the package and proclaimed how fast it would charge and how far it would make a car go. I couldn't believe it. It obviously wasn't true. At that point when I found it, the shares were already below $2. No one should ever believe this guy ever again.

      Rumors say there was a peanut butter sandwich with a couple of fake wires inside that foil 😁
      Glad I dropped my ONE reservation and was lucky to recover 5,225$ through Credit Card claim

    I just hope Tata can pick up this line, rebrand it, but continue service and OTA updates. Wishful thinking... But it makes sense.
    Eff Geeta and Henrik. Dumbest and most horrible management I've ever seen or invested in.

    This is an "asset lite" company! It doesnt own anything except the intellectual property and patents in the vehicle - if Nissan and another company did offer to take over then any good businessman would have negotiated to step aside and become head of design at most. Now i very much doubt amy company will be interested in Fisker before bankruptcy. That potentially voids all warranties and preexisting contracts with owners too. And then where will the spare parts come from? I think Magna and Fisker are probably not even on speaking terms now, so even if Fisker survives, good luck in getting parts. I just traded in my FOO in for a big loss, and when i asked my dealership what they were going to do with it they said "auction it off as quickly as possible". It truly is a sad state of affairs.

    I couldn’t agree more. We are screwed. I am trapped in my Ultra financially. And now they want to take away my rotating screen, etc? BS!!

    I asked them to pay for my new tires... The set my car came with lasted 6 months. They said no. I told them to eff off and threatened more lawsuits

    I just sold all my shares for almost nothing, I am trading in my ocean one this weekend. I am losing my BUTT and had to sell all my tesla stock just to get out of it. I hope they go to jail for all the lies and promises. I’ll be involved in any lawsuit that comes along. They have turned their biggest supporters against them. I’m done with them.

    Perfekte Analyse! Die Prototypen Pear, Alaska etc. sind perfekt. Warum ist keiner an Fisker interessiert? Weil Fisker nur ein guter Designer ist. Marketing, Software, (After-)Sales ist eine Katastrophe. Ich habe für einen 2. Key Fob bezahlt und bisher auch keine Gutschrift erhalten. 2. Key Fob gibt es noch immer nicht und wird es wahrscheinlich nie geben. Was ist, wenn ich einen 2. Schlüssel brauche (da 2 Nutzer) und das versprochene „Öffnen per Smartphone“ nicht kommt? Beispiel für „Dummheit“: Fisker Wien hat mich im Oktober 2023 an einem Freitag für ein „Samstagsfrühstück“ mit One-Besitzern nach Wien per Mail eingeladen. Ich hätte gerne gewusst, wer gekommen ist. Ich habe dann im Fisker Zentrum Wien angerufen, wer auf diese Idee gekommen ist, einige Stunden vor dem „Frühstück“ eine Einladung auszusenden. Antwort: „Wir wurden damit beauftragt!“ Mitdenken, liebes Fisker-Management!

      Hi, genau so sehe ich es auch echt schade. Hatte das gleiche Problem mit dem Schlüssel hatte mich so lange beschwert bis dann endlich mal die 300 Euro zurück überwiesen wurden...nach 8 Monaten. Einfach so unfassbar schade wie man so ein Potential verschwendet.

      Es werden keine Mehrschlüssel mehr ausgeliefert. Es wird die NFC Karte kommen.

    They got free trials for features they didn’t pay for. Of course they need to pay to keep them longer.
    Would you have preferred they never got the free trials at all? They aren’t taking anything away, they gave something for free.

      Thanks for your comment. there are always two sides of a coin. My point is you promise feature what not delivered and then you take the "free features" away thats so mad! Also as mentioned in the video for new user ok let them know about but for the old users...not good!

      Hi, well depends really on your own risk behaviour and how much money you may like able to loose. I really can´t say do I like the car - yes it´s pretty cool to drive does the features will be come promised or will the car be serviced in the future? That´s all big ????

    Another rumor….Henrick isn’t running the company anymore. Someone else is, maybe someone the note holder trust? Over the past month has anyone, including the employees, heard from Henrik? Crossing my fingers that whatever the future holds for Fisker that the owners of the cars are at least moderately satisfied (maintenance and warranty will be covered). I’d love to receive software update 2.1/2.2, 3.0 and 4.0 and in a perfect world Fisker Oceans get access to Tesla Superchargers, but that might be asking way to much.😢

      Why would warranty and service be covered if Fisker goes bankrupt? When a company goes bankrupt it basically wipes all contracts away and starts again if it wants to rise from the ashes like GM did. But with Fisker there is no certainty they would rise again...selling what and to whom?

      The CRO is making the majority of the decisions now. Staff have been having weekly “all hands” meetings with Henrik every Wednesday (although this weeks was called off). Fisker have two stands at the Electrify Expo in California next week, and Henrik is due to talk at a mobility conference in India in a couple of weeks. So there is sign of life….FWIW
