Rollercoasters are more or less free fall so 9.81m/s acceleration, which is roughly 2.3-5 second to 60 time. Drag cars tend to do 0-60 in ~1 second, so yes about twice a rollercoaster. Exponential horsepower growth=/=exponential time reduction
Lol hoonicorn only races cars it knows it can beat. Thats why you dont see any gtrs or any well set up consistent drag cars. They know what time it can run and pick weaker and slower cars so they can shit on them. Its so disappointing. A show for kids who wanna watch their hero never lose. Then if a car gets close they say oh its a drag car. All you need to be a drag car is power, low weight, a gearbox that can handle and a suspension setup. Hoonicorn is a drag car.

@chelly very true. Maybe ken will do some races on prepped tracks. It’s not a practical race for most cars over 1k hp. Kens build is designed for that situation and will win because of it. Very solid response I didn’t think of it with that perspective ;) I appreciate that

Why does it rev up then down when it’s staging ?
The nitrous hits to get the turbo spooled fast but then the rpm goes back down to optimal launch rpm so it doesn’t spin and blow the tires off
It's also fighting against the converter
