My husband has had lingua tacos and loved them. Personally I am too squeamish to voluntarily try this although I’m sure if someone served it to me without me knowing I’d enjoy it!! I had no idea the tongues are so big!! Fascinating!!
That's what exactly my husband said and we give to him without telling him That's beef tongue, he said that's the best ever beef dish he had lol and I was also surprised about tongue size and scared at same time while cleaning LOL 😆 now I'm getting use to that.
It's really hard to prepare cow tongue, but it's really tasty! I like creamy dishes for the cow tongue, but I think it would also be good for curry meals ❤

I agree. Peel it while it's hot. I found some slightly thicker gloves on Amazon. Tongue is delicious and so worthy more people giving it a chance.
