I’m excited to try to do my daughter’s bustle up now that I have a better idea of what the heck I am doing! I kept thinking, “wouldn’t it be better to do the middle bustle last instead of first??” But, they all did the middle one first. Thank you, again!
3, double to 6 strands, if that makes sense. I use a product called silamide it is waxed thread made for hand tailoring. if using regular thread use 6 doubled to 12.

Everything looks great, though a thimble should be used when hand sewing.

Good thought about using button on gown as center weighted bustle. Who ever thought of using fishing line I think it’s so foolish
