    it's like when you are doing intermittent fasting when you only eat on certain time and the rest you will do fasting. it's like training your body to use your body fats as a source of energy instead and you will also lose weight as well. it was hard for me at first but as you get used to it, 16hrs of fasting is easier than what you thought it would be😅

      Be careful with erythritol, it is linked to increased risk of blood clots.

    • @ArgosySpecOps
      @ArgosySpecOps 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Give Allulose/Monkfruit extract blend a try. I think the recent scare about erythritol causing clots/heart issues is overblown but one can never be too careful. Me personally I experience gastrointestinal distress when consuming high quantities of sugar alcohols like erythitol ( it turns my intestines into a balloon animal). You may not have that problem, but I can assure you that allulose/monkfruit blend taste much closer to table sugar.

      You change your nutrition intake habits by:
      - increasing Vegtables & Protein.
      - Wrapping’the carbohydrates by having a salad or veggies before them
      - have longer breaks (like 4-5h) between meals
      - drink enough water

      @@cheshirecat772eating fat is one if not the most important thing to do because fat is the highest quality energy your body can use, second is fasting because all the fat you stored in your body will get used first when you are in ketosis mode, eat less carbs if you dont do much movement like training or excercises. Avoid sugar and carbs so not to spike your insulin resistance thus it makes you hungrier faster. Fat is the best as you can go on for long period of time without eating but dont mix it with sugar

    That's why you fast, fasting is important so that when you torture your body while being hungry your body have no other option but to work hard for another source to get fuel for daily functions, in every 1 months atleast fast for 2 days (not together but in a 15 days gap), you have to drink only water for 24 hrs, you digestive system will heal itself, you'll feel better, your metabolism will get fast, cancer causing cell will die as they're like zombie cells they need food all day so if you starve them to death you'll be free from Cancer for atleast some percentage

    If you are hungry either arround meal time or during an intense effort and do not eat, it takes 30 minutes for your body to start burning fat deposits no matter of your metabolism.
    This must be distinct from craving for food that is not hungry in the real sense, and goes away in like 20 minutes.
    The sudden drop in sugar is even more different than hungry, it comes with body shakes, and also goes away in 10-20 minutes, if you can and resist the urge to eat.

    Many people have lost the metabolic flexibility because they constantly eat too much carbohydrate which is refined and a high sugar diet. Their body does not switch to fat burning because their insulin is too high. High insulin blocks the body's ability to utilize fats for fuel. This means not only do you have to take into account the glycemic index of carbohydrates but also the amount at each meal.

    Any activity that you do burns both fat and sugar. The ratio depends on essentially two factors 1) intensity of the exercise 2) your anaerobic capacity. The key to burning more fat is simply to reduce the intensity but this means that you will also burn overall less calories. Ideally you want to strike a balance. The exercise cannot be so intense that you are sucking wind 5 minutes in but not so easy that you don't spend any appreciable amounts of total energy.

    • @rocmon

      @@rocmon when you spend energy, which is all the time, you spend either energy generated via burning fat deposits or via ATP reserves. Almost all human activity that is not in the brain burns fat as a primary fuel source. Humans naturally burn a LOT more fat than sugar when doing everyday life activities. There is no such thing as "priming your body to burn fat" because we are all born that way. The best way to force it to burn sugar is actually to exercise vigorously which most people don't do anyway. This short is a scam. And this girl is a con artist.

    Whenever I try to do low carb diets I get very, very shaky...😢 ... any suggestions?

    • @ArgosySpecOps

      Go REALLY low carb (20 grams or less per day), supplement with Potassium BHB exogenous ketones to act as a signaling molecule to tell your body to prepare for a change in fuel substrates, and lastly start supplementing MCT oil which your body can easily convert to endogenous ketones. You may feel like crap for a few days, but once you get fat adapted you'll hardly ever be hungry and you'll never get the low blood sugar shakes.

      Cycle back and forth between eating a lower carb + higher fat diet, and a higher carb + lower fat diet. Get your body used to both. Try low-carb or even keto if you're feeling adventurous

    I’m using a CGM to learn what my BG looks like (not to test foods) and noticing a lot of v low levels. I have been keto in the past many times and in good health. I switch to ketosis smoothly when i want to. But when i eat carbs, it’s all over the place and today has been extremely low. I would have thought my body would burn fat easily when needed. At times it even looks like reactive hypoglycemia so i eat carbs and my BG drops. It’s so weird.

  • @RahulKumarYadav
    @RahulKumarYadav 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    „The muscle, the memory.. the …“ omg.. those were inappropriate terms. Besides, as long as there is insulin in the blood, fat burning or Ketosis is shutdown . It can take days before the body enters ketosis again once the insulin response has kicked in. What do you propose so that a body may be able to efficiently switch between glucose and ketones as fuel ?

    Not to long ago I was depending on glucose and I was having problems when trying to extend time between meals, but now I can fast longer because I’m eating meat, eggs, avocado, nuts, butter, and not process milk. Actually I fast when I exercises. It is crazy, I know but I consume coca leaf.

    We only fueled by fat, glucose is converted in the liver to fat... And it's stored when the liver is overly burdened, that common mantra of dual fueled humans might not be quite right and hopefully one day the science will get it right.
