Please indulge me once more. How long does baking usually take and after you are done, can you render out sequences fast like with lumen? Or it takes long like raytracing

This scene was baked for 1 hour by Luoshuang. There is no difference in time between bake and lumens in the render sequence. Most of all, the render sequence is occupied by the anti-aliasing setting
