      @@deadsquadyt2508 Well start with intermediate fasting, the more times you eat in a day the more you will have to rush to the washroom, eat 2 times a day, brunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm. Unless you have done a colonoscopy and concluded by the doctor you don’t have IBS so get checked once. Follow ketogenic diet and reduce fiber intake, avoid the grains and starch at all cost, eat lots of probiotics and get good sunlight, you never know if it’s triggered by some auto immune condition, lastly manage stress, it will take time to heal but stick to this solitary process and you should be fine after all you are just 23, yoga will help you accelerate the process.

      @@Pgirl6954 Eat simple cooked food, don’t eat dairy, grains, starch, reduce fiber intake, your doc won’t tell you all this because he never had IBS, he only knows how to treat IBS and the medicine approach, luckily there are other ways to manage the syndrome and nutrition is one of the major ways you manage it, most of all experiment with food and categorise them if they cause a flare up or not, you will soon come up with a food list that you gut can handle.
      Putting it simply, when you get hurt on any part of your body you give it time to heal, likewise your gut needs time to heal, how will it heal if you keep shoving food every now and then, also don’t starve to death either, follow some fasting course online until your gut improves, do some more research about the mind and the gut connection, there is something called the vegas nerve, ill leave that for you to research.
      To summarise:
      Avoid stress at all costs
      Get into a habit of Intermediate fasting
      Yoga
      Get sunlight preferably your back, very important, I cannot explain it, but it works.
      Prepare Sauerkraut and similar fermented probiotics which are good for the gut.
      It’s the simple things when done consistently for a long time give you desired result. Lastly give it time prolly months.
      Worst case scenario you might not have IBS at all but your doc misdiagnoses you with it, you will somehow have a gut feeling that it’s not IBS, in that case do more research, sometimes having very little stomach acid doesn’t digest your food in stomach and ends up irritating the gut and your doc might not even test for this, you can do the bicarbonate test, search online, other cases can be malabsorption, etc. So keep researching and experimenting and remember give it time and it heals. If it worsens go to the doc. I think I’ll stop here

I have been struggling with IBS from 10 yrs & i started healthifyme programe & did for 15 days yoga so got a lot of idea , the yoga instructor was very knowledgeable taught me a lot of things but it wasnt really helping to the point for IBS .. so i came across ur vedio & started it ! It worked wonder dear 10 min of yoga all day no gas no burping no acid reflux , no constipation thank thank u so much ! Anything i can digest now just ur vedio 10 min yoga

      Didi I had this syndrome since April this year.
      These are the steps which worked for me.
      1. Get medication for diarrhea/constipation immediately and continue it 5-10 days as per your DOCTOR'S ADVICE, because you won't be able to do other steps on if your core symptoms are not relieved.
      2. Get proper 7-8 hrs sleep.
      3. Avoid too much oily and spicy food atleast for a month or two.
      4. If you are lactose intolerant as well get Lactase enzyme for a few days and then start gradually increasing milk and dairy products in your diet, in my case I took 3 dose of enzyme that's it.
      5. Practice the yoga mentioned in this video daily.
      6. Practice Anulom Vilom and Brahmari, yeh didi ka video hain uske liye bhi.
      Ekdum immediately result nahi dikhega apko, pehle ek do hafte toh kuch mehsoos bhi nahi hoga but condition dheere dheere better hoti jayegi.
      In my case it took two months to get back to normal but I still follow all the steps.
      Hope this helps.

    Mam, thanks for such nice explanation, m suffering from Ibs from last 14 years and practicing yoga from last 14 years but today come to know kapalbhati and bragmari is not good for IBS .
    Thanks a lot and do suggest what are extra precaution we need to take for long IBS cases.

    Mam, I am suffering from same. But I ignored some of these symptoms and my doctor said it GERD. But now after seeing your vedio that I realised that I need to be open to doctor. And these symptoms are not to be ignored.
    Mam is Burps is also one of the symptoms of IBS?

    Please make yoga for reducing breast size. On TH-cam their are many videos don't know which all are correct 🙏🙏🙏

      No yoga pose can reduce breast size, if they are claiming they are wrong. Only way to reduce breast size is losing overall weight with the help of correct diet & exercise.
      when you lose weight automatically your shape changes. Also every woman has unique body & breast size depends on the genetics.
      also after pregnancy and certain age your size , shape or breasts changes.
      pls try to respect your body & love yourself irrespective of small or large breast size.
      Practise yoga for healthy body & mind ( not breasts)

      Deep breathing , yoga can only solve the problem.....
      I made my clear cycle and i feel much better than before
      Just quit outside stall food first , eat homely cooked food always....You can eat twice in a year....I took the oath 😂
      Walk 40 mins a day
      Yoga is magic....believe in yoga....

    Tab se meri badi aanth sensitive ho gaee hai
    Mene dairy products metha ghee band kar Diya hai
    Bus fruits aur vegetables aur roti chawal khata hu
    Fruits mein banana aur anaar hi khata hu
    Bus mera weight bhut Kam ho gya hai ...
    Vegetarians hu mein
    Weight bhut Kam hota jaa rha h ,aap upaey btaey ?
    Isabgol bhi leta hu daily raat mein Pani se....
    Par k bhi kbhi khuch khane mein aa jata h toh irritations hoti h....toh kya ye thik ho sakti h bimari ...aur kitna samay lagta h sensitive aanth ko strong hone mein ...?
